The material is good quality. Would have like a little more pink. The bag is way smaller than what I thought.

I had the old version of this backpack that I bought in 2017. I loved that backpack to death (literally). Unfortunately, my apartment flooded and left a disgusting smell in my old backpack that I just couldn't get rid of, so I bought this backpack as a replacement. I love the design of the backpack and all the compartments. My laptop especially feels very secure. The only thing is, the straps are just...weird. Maybe my backpack is defective, but the left strap always turns outward when I'm wearing the bag, making it very uncomfortable. It also gets all twisty when I'm trying to take the backpack on and off. I'm not sure what that's about, because my last Jester backpack was extremely comfortable. Maybe I just have to break it in more.

It's not that spacious to take to work like my bag of chips get crushed the bag. The front part that connects makes me feel like it's close up onto my neck so someone can easily strangle me and the straps are not flat very uncomfortable. But it's a good looking bag so I got it for vanity I guess.

Tear in 2 weeks. Got it delivered on 17th Jan and the bag tear on Feb 2nd. My daughter used for school and she just put few books and Laptop and supplies box. These are so expensive but not reliable. Since its online order I don't know whats the process of return / refund / replace?

Bought this as a gift for my wife but she found that the over the shoulder straps flare out and they dig into her under arms and it's pretty uncomfortable. Then there's been a revamp of the front pockets and she can't fit as many supplies as she used to and if you fill that front pocket up then that protrudes into the back

Doesn't fit enough to be a functional backpack for a middle schooler.

It is too small for high school. Do not recommend. refunds take too long!

The backpack design is great, the color and style seem perfect. However, after three months of cafeful use and first washing, the bag is already unusable.

The laptop sleeve cannot fit a 16'' laptop. I can only put the laptop outside the sleeve. Why do you write laptop sleeve up to 16'' in the description??? Why would I bought a laptop backpack without being able to put my laptop into the laptop sleeve???

For my six grader four binders and a notebook were to much

After 3 months of use, it broke, and I thought that for the price, it would be of better quality. The shoe compartment was okay, but small and only fit like flip flops. Used it for school and took it to Greece with me, and it's not worth the money

We bought this backpack for my daughter and she loved it so much. We had very high hopes for it and loved it. I even considered this backpack for myself. after 2 weeks of very light use, the front straps broke. We are so disappointed. We had originally thought North Face Backpacks were very high quality.

Not enough pockets , has one huge one and one small one at the very top.

I bought this backpack and the beginning of the school year thinking this was perfect style wise and functionality wise. WRONG.. I use the laptop case I have a MacBook Pro 2017 version and use the sleeve everyday and I am a student who takes classes that require supplies and while using the north face backpack the inner part of my screen on my MacBook cracked because of how much pressure is inside of my backpack. Sounds like a functionality issue on North faces part I'm expecting better from such a high quality brand.

I purchased this bookbag in August and by October, it has already ripped. Given North Face's reputation for durable products, I expected much better. However, the real issue has been the terrible experience with their warrant process. I've sent THREE EMAILS and received NO RESPONSE. When I finally called, they claimed they never got my emails. To make things worse, it takes 6-8 weeks to attempt a repair. Seriously, 8 weeks? When I asked for an alternative (like a loaner bag), she just said to send it during winter break- which, of course, isn't 8 weeks. I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and lack of support. I expected much better.

Purchase this for my daughter for school. If you are looking for a cute backpack, look no further... if you are looking for a cute backpack to actually hold anything.... look anywhere but here!

It was very small, the backpack was not suitable for school, I returned it and I still have not received the money back

I do not recommend the North Face Luxe LUXE backpack. The quality was poor, and I ended up returning it. Unfortunately, the warranty did not cover the issues I encountered. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing North Face gear again

My daughter loved the look of the backpack. However, the mesh for the cupholders almost immediately started to tear. My wife emailed customer service, but never received a response.

Not what I was expecting. Too bulky on the side strap 2 pockets plus 2 side for water bottles - main side has two compartments for laptop and files/folders - pencil areas pockets

Specs say the backpack can fit a 16 in Macbook Pro. Technically, a 16 in can fit, just not in the laptop sleeve. With a the flimsy bottom of this backpack, I would not risk it! Very disappointed! :(
