Nice backpack but too small. Purchased and returned for larger backpack. This one too small.

This backpack is great for carrying your laptop and supplies. I like the padded back and thick straps because they prevent back pains and secure my laptop. I only gave it 4 stars because the backpack is not expandable, so if you're thinking about carrying textbooks or even stuffing a jacket inside it just know you might not be able to fit anything else. I would suggest the Borealis for students who need room for multiple binders and books. Other than that this backpack and the color is very cute and mature for adults like me.

Perfect for back to school

This backpack is comforting and stylish. I just with there was a little more room/ more pockets.

I use this backpack for school and I love it THE ONLY THAT I HATE IS EVERYTHING INSIDE THE BACKPACK IS SO SQUISHED AND That's ANNOYING, other than that this is really good quality backpack!!! I LOVE IT !!!

Its a nice booksack but I thought it would have had more pink in it. It looks more white then anything barely notice the pink.

Very cute and sturdy backpack. It is narrow, and if you out anything in the front pocket the main big pocket doesn't fit too much, and it's hard to zip the main big pocket shut.

My daughter's 13inch computer barely fit in the space. The computer does have a protective case but not 3 inches worth. I did love the overall size and quality of the backpack. If she wasn't carrying a computer then this would have been perfect for my 5th grader.

I like the different compartments this backpack has. I do wish the front compartment went all the way down and wasn't half the height of the backpack. Overall it does what I need for work and travel.

Was a beautiful backpack but was big for my middle school girl. It had enough space for all her things so I was really glad for all that space because my daughter carries a lot of stuff such as school supply's and makeup which is what every middle school girl needs this backpack lasted for a long time but caution if you buy please be car full because things will stain on it. I LOVED IT OVER ALL AND WAS REALLY REALLY CUTE FOR MY DAUGHTER

I've used it for a few weeks now and it definitely gets the job done for a student. It has a big sleeve, but this is my 1st time with a big laptop, too: my 16" laptop doesn't fit the 16" sleeve. Having a half-sized front pocket is perfect for throwing little things in the front. It's super comfortable, and it fits 2 water bottles nicely on the sides. It feels very durable and I think I'll be able to use it for a long time.

I used it for travel as a carry-on. Love that the pockets on the side are big enough to hold my 40 oz water bottle. Held a pair of tennis shoes, two iPads, my coat, diaper wipes, and a ton of kids snacks. I could have used one more smaller internal pocket for valuables but this one held quite a bit. When you fill the top pocket, it does become a little top heavy, but it wasn't a huge issue. Quality made and pretty color. I will be using this for years for all different activities.

The front pocket is alot smaller than I expected but I love the bag.

Excellent quality backpack. Ergonomic design makes it feel light on the back even when heavy. One downside is that the interior capacity could be bigger and it would better if it opened all the way so you could easily store and retrieve items.

Excellent quality, love the color. As a recommendation, I would put an internal pocket with closure in the part with the greatest capacity.

We have enjoyed the old Jester pack for many years and we're excited to get another, however it is just too small. The bag quality is great, but not large enough for a laptop and books. I had planned on buying another (larger) North face backpack, but the return shipping has been slower than molasses! I mailed it back on March 8, and still have not received a credit/refund as of March 31

My high school daughter used it for school. She likes the color, back support, internal design, and the outer finish. My middle schooler like the spacious inner space and the multiple pockets.

Great quality, not enough pockets though.

Great design. Should have chosen a back pack with more room for college.

The color is amazing

Have been looking for a while for a travel backpack. This one's fairly lightweight with ample space to stuff a jacket, some papers, some snacks and water bottles. Like the separate front half pocket with small zipper and pockets on the inside to store smaller stuff, hat, gloves etc. Colors great too. The only reason I have it 4 stars, is because the shoulder straps, while padded nicely, are a little bit stiff and take some use to break them in and feel more comfortable on the shoulders and back.

I use my product as a backpack for school. I like the padding and how comfortable it is throughout my day. One thing I don't love is how it isn't very spacious and barely holds all of my belongings. Overall, I really like this backpack's functionality and it is also super cute!

Bag is good but a bit smaller than expected.

I love the bag, and I would have given it 5 stars but the laptop sleeve is a tad tight. Other than that my bag is great.

Love this bag and how light it feels. The pockets are very useful but sometimes when I open the main zip, things just fall out into the pocket. Also, my dell xps 15 fits perfectly inside.
