The bag looks nice and is comfortable to wear. I do wish it had more more pockets.

The color of the bag was what I was looking for as well as the size.

I use this backpack for grad school and work in a hospital. It has a great, unique look. Sturdy material. Nice padding on the back. The extra straps in front are great for jackets or blankets while traveling. And the inside sleeve easily fits my 16 inch laptop. The only downside is the small front zip compartment only goes about half the bag deep. So if you pick the small compartment, it bulges back into the big compartment and can get kinda sticky to push stuff past the bulge.

Sturdy, great material. Back is nicely padded, and my laptop feels safe in the sleeve. Front compartment bulges into the back compartment which can be hard when there's a lot to pack.

Not roomy at all. Tried to use it for nursing school but ended up giving it to my daughter that is in middle school.

the backpack is good overall, but if i have too much stuff in the front pocket(or even just my headphones) it'll weigh too much and tip over/spill out, which is really annoying.

Love the color and the quality. The straps are just super uncomfortable. I wish the straps were bigger as in wider all the way down. Will be returning and getting a non-women's backpack :)

The shoulder straps at the top are too close together, making it really uncomfortable and rubbing on your neck. The outside pocket is great in theory, but when you fill it and then open the larger section, the front just falls forward. Also, when the front pocket is filled, it leaves an odd shaped larger section that you almost have to push items under the outside pocket that juts into the larger section. Not a great design at all which is surprising based on so many great reviews.

Backpack has a great style. I like the zippers and the design. I like the pockets a lot. I especially like the size. And the side pockets for the water bottles are nice and big. However, the straps are incredibly uncomfortable. I felt like I was wearing cardboard on my shoulders. I worked all day today at a theme park and my shoulders are killing me. I wish they were padded. But unfortunately, this is why the backpack only gets three stars.

This is now my go to bag for every day and traveling on planes. It's compact, fits under plane seat as personal item, and holds alot of stuff !

this backpack was very expensive for the for the size of it. it's super small like i could barely fit my binder, 2 folders, chromebook, and a medium sized lunchbox. i had to use all my strength to close it with just those things in it

use this for high school and it's not worth the price or popularity, design is not well made, open the pockets and they just fold out making things fall, not big enough for a single binder, and rips.

great quality. EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Everytime I use it I have back pain for days (which does not happen with some of my other backpacks with no brand name).
But at your own discretion. I do not recommend this product.

I was so excited to purchase a North Face backpack for my daughter - after researching online, I found stories of these backpacks lasting into college, so it felt like the right investment to make for high school. Unfortunately, 2 months into the school year, there are holes in the water bottle pocket, that seem to be spreading up from the bottom. I called North Face (and talked to a lovely person), and the solution would require giving up my daughter's backpack for a month while they decide if it's within the warranty. I wish I could just take it to a store for a replacement. I expected high quality from North Face and made a point to purchase directly from the website. Also of note - when I called they said that the water bottle pockets are not made for water bottles larger than 20 oz. That is nowhere in the product description, so I just want to make people aware of that expectation.

used for a school backpack. It is very small and she struggles to get a chromebook, binder, folder, notebook and lunch bag in it. Wish we got a bigger one.

the backpack is way too small, it could barely fit a 3 inch binder. and it only has one main pocket, the front one is only a half pocket.

the old jester is way better than this. The front pocket is half a pocket so it won't reach the bottom of your backpack. This makes it super top heavy if you put a lot in it. The only reason why I got a new heater is because the old one had little small circle gaps in the padding of the back. This would cause my leggings to pill so bad. Also this new jester is very stiff and ninja turtle looking. But maybe once i break it in, i'll be better
