I was so sure this bag would be great that I purchased two of them, one large and one medium. After using it only 3 times, I saw a tear in the fabric. Unfortunately, I must return it, so I cannot recommend it..

The straps are too short to fit comfortably over shoulder. And as other reviewers have mentioned the white stitching does look cheap. I expected higher quality for the cost but had my fingers crossed that I'd be satisfied. I had it personalized, which I like the look of- but in doing so I assume it can't be returned.

It really is light weight but the material is vert thin and you can almost see-through what in the bag. The handles are too short to carry over my shoulder. Unfortunately, I decided to return it. For this price (about $30), I expect better quality.

I bought this on Dec 6; it said it would be arriving on the 15th, and it is now the 20th. When I try to track it, it doesn't give me any updates on when it is arriving. Also, they're now saying there is a problem with my purchase, when I ordered this the purchase was already made so that is confusing and frustrating.

I did not receive this tote. I was sent someone else's order.

The new version of these totes does NOT compare to the old. What happened to the 6 exterior pockets? The handles seem shorter too. It felt like the bag was rubbing my arm pit when carrying it on my shoulder. If LLB is going to "scrimp" with only one pocket, could you please build in a slot on the back that slides over a suitcase handle? I have 3 of the old bags with the 6 pockets and they have held their own for over a decade. I'm so disappointed I'd give this ZERO stars if the rating was available.

What I got was not what I thought I was ordering. The tote looked tan online, but what I received was a neon orange bag that looked like a traffic cone. I was definitely really disappointed.

Dimensions on website are incorrect. The bag is much larger than described l. I needed this bag as a personal item carryon for airline but it was too large. Returned item.

The quality of this bag was extremely poor; it was like something you would buy at a low end discount store. I was trying to replace the Everyday Tote I had purchased several years ago and which I loved. I was told this was the replacement item for that. Not at all like the original. I could not believe LLBean would sell a product that was so cheap looking and cheap feeling. Definitely a return item. Sorry I wasted my time and money buying it.

This is NOT like the lovely blue tote that LLBean used to sell. My granddaughter bought it as a gift for me, and I did not like the color, but .... I have used it and tried to like it, but with use the color has become WORSE ... I loathe this bag. I'm going to try to return it.

Ugh...GREAT bag, but I live in NYC and don't have a car, and wanted this as my work bag. The handles are FAR too short to fit over my shoulder, and that was just with a t-shirt on...it will never fit with a coat. I'm really disappointed, and now I am stuck with this bag since LLBean changed their return policy. So, a bad, bad bag if you are a city person, but if you have a car and will use it to toss in the back seat, not bad at all. I just wish more companies would remember the huge number of people who live and work and commute in cities, and who need to carry things on the shoulder.
