In November of 2022 I ordered a pair of HOKA Bondi SR in black/black for work, at the urging of my podiatrist in order to avoid surgery for a bone spur on my right foot that would have meant being off work for several months. I also have a large bunion on my left foot, so at the age of 69 I felt as if I had no choice but to give the HOKA brand a try, even though I had already discarded several other brands of shoes that were supposed to - but didn't - accommodate my geriatric feet. With about a year to go before my retirement, the podiatrist had said that avoiding surgery would be my best option. Being on my feet for forty hours a week, standing on linoleum and concrete, I truthfully didn't hold out much hope that the HOKAs would save my feet - but, thankfully, I was wrong. The Bondi SRs worked so well at relieving my constant foot pain that I ordered a pair of Clifton L shoes in Brown Suede in April of 2023. I've had the Cliftons for a month now, and they have proved to be as comfortable as the Bondis. I've always had fairly narrow feet, but the bone spur and bunion necessitated a wider toe box. In fact, towards the end of my 30-Day trial with the Bondis, I strongly considered exchanging them for the same shoe in a wide version. In the end, I'm glad I didn't swap them out because my feet seem to have bedded in to the insoles - I'm pretty sure I would have been swimming in the Bondis if I'd opted for the wide width. By the same token, the Cliftons seemed a bit narrow at first, but within a very short time they provided the same level of comfort as the Bondis. So, despite a somewhat longer break-in period than I had anticipated, about the only other downside is that my son calls my HOKAs "Grandpa Shoes" - which I've warned him HE might be wearing when he's my age. The obvious upside to these shoes is that I can now walk and stand for as long as I want without pain. Thank you, HOKA!

I loooveeee the shoes! They are so comfy and have a lot of support, what I don't like it's like the beige color doesn't look like the one on the pictures, it's not that dark but they are beautiful.

Using these casually and for travel. They're amazing and go with everything. Love the ride, but note they're stiffer than other pairs I've had, requiring more break in.

Great looking and very comfortable shoes. In the beginning I felt like leaning backwards and I think that is because of heel to toe drop is high compare to my existing shoes. One thing I like to mention with Clifton L Suede is laces doesn't move freely while tying them due to suede I believe. If something can be done for that, then it would be great.

I walk 3 miles three times a week. I developed Plantar Fasciitis and had to quit walking for several weeks. I returned to my regular walking schedule wearing my Hoka and have had no problems.

How is it possible that 1 pair of this shoe isn't enough? I'm already dreading about them being worn out and not having this exact same style in the future. I LOVE them. They fit bigger than I expected- but this worked out really well for me because I actually needed that extra space!

I have two pair of Clifton Suede's Total of 15 pairs of HOKA's and climbing. Wearing the blue/yellow ones now. They are my favorite!

I honestly would wear them every day if I possibly could. These are insanely comfortable and so cute and chunky, I love them!

Super comfy great for work our to style them on the weekend

I both the Clifton and the Bondi 8 but I ended up returning the Bondi. The Clifton style is more streamlined. It's still cushion-y. I am between 7 and 7.5 and I got the 7.5. It's roomy in the toe area. It's ok though. Very comfortable. I'd buy this again in other colors.

These are my work shoes. On my feet my whole shift. Has helped with my heel pain in my right foot. Plus they are cute.. and I get so many compliments

Hoka is my favorite! I only buy direct in this website. It is the only brand that deters me from buying LV, Hermes, CD sneakers lol. The returns are the best, its straightforward and does not give me a hard time. I got the PALE MAUVE one because the Dune one is not available and then a few weeks the Dune became available, I sent back for replacement and yay! I got my ideal suede Clifton well its not really brown its beige (SHIFTING SAND / DUNE), its lighter in actual compared from the photos. This suede is really for traveling and work when I am in tradeshows

Unique shoe that has a casual, stylish look while having the comfort of a walking/running shoe. Overall great shoe

These shoes are super cute and comfortable. I'd buy them again. Green looks like the pictures!!

I wanted to order a black. They did not have it in stock.

This was my first purchase from Hoka. I had heard a lot about their shoes, and had high expectations that this would be a good purchase for me. I purchased these shoes, thinking that the suede leather would help them to last two years or more. I purchased them, full price, from the Hoka website. I will say, the shoes are comfortable. They give incredible support and cushion for your feet, and feel great when walking. However, after just 4 months of use, the leather shoelace loops began to tear away. I went ahead and sent them back to Hoka, hoping that they would repair or replace them. Unfortunately, they sent the shoes back, telling me that they were outside the date for their return policy. Also, I was disappointed that Hoka never emailed me with a notification about receiving my claim or even denying it. In the future, I will be going back to purchasing New Balances, which I have purchased in the past with great satisfaction. Their shoes have lasted easily two years.

Perhaps it's because they are "all gender"? My foot didn't fit the same...heel was slightly off. I was really disappointed since I did want a pair of Hokas built more for the winter season here in New England.

Love the shoes, but I ordered Earthenware/chili pepper. The shoes are a deep peachy pink. Trying to decide whether to just live with them or ship them back, and continue searching for something that works for me, in a color I want.

Great looks, comfort, and stability. Added bonus -- they keep my feet warm. Everything I needed and wanted in an autumn/winter trainer.
