Well made and sturdy but they were large and bulky and the toe is waaaay more rounded than it appears in pictures. I was expecting a very different shoe.

No arch support and poor sole padding yet wt the same time no vertical room or stretch to put in your own insoles (theirs are glued in). Looks and feels a whole size wider and longer than other sorel shoes i have in the same size.

I love Sorels, but this was the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. After only a couple of hours, it felt like I had been wearing heels all day long. The uppers were so abrasive that they left huge blisters on my ankles, one of which left a scar.; maybe I have some sensitivity to the material. The severity of the blisters was really strange; nothing like the usual blisters from breaking in a new pair of shoes. They took several weeks to heal and were extremely painful (which is saying something considering I danced en pointe for over twenty years and never experienced anything close to the blisters I got from these shoes). I have other Sorel booties and never had an issue with abrasion from the uppers.. I was so disappointed, because these are such cute shoes; I was planning to wear them with basically everything. Returned.
