These are great winter footwear for cold winter days. They are great for walking on packed snow or cleared sidewalks or parking lots. I probably won't wear them in deep snow.

This is my second pair of this style Merrill shoe, after having worn the first pair for years as house slippers I am very pleased to have found them. These are very comfortable with a stable arch and just the right heel support I wear them all day as house slippers, I highly recommend.

Warmth, grip and style all in one shoe Merrell has done it again same great classic. This will forever be a trademark style.

I bought these shoes in black to wear on an International flight in December (easy on an off). Long story short, never saw my luggage again during the following few weeks so these were the ONLY shoes I had. Cobble stone streets in Prague? All those steps up to the Acropolis? Those narrow steps and all that walking in Santorini? These shoes were an absolute dream. Did just fine in the rain, kept my feet warm and with the black even looked ok for a nice dinner out.

I have purchased these Encore Ice 5 before mainly for the ease of putting them on and the good gripping sole. I am older and the ease to get them on my feet is huge. I highly recommend them.

Great Comfort. Love them, with the exception that the suede mars really quickly.

I always get compliments when I wear these. Plus they are comfortable and supportive with a good arch for my flat feet. I wear them everywhere, inside and outside. They always fit the same. I currently own four pairs. I wear a medium width, size 9.

I took them to Sweden in January and wore them every day. They were great for sightseeing outside for hours in the snow and cold. I was warm and comfortable. Great support and lightweight.

Actually in Vermont right now, it's either slushy, muddy orb walking on roads it's salty! So I'm still wearing my 2020's! Still warm still dry.

My everyday shoes and I walk on concrete all day long.

I have previously owned the Encore Ice 4 shoes, and the '5' version is much more comfortable! I have a very high instep and these fit much better. I do buy 1/2 size larger to compensate for the high instep. These have a large toe box and don't cramp my toes at all. I love the warmth of these as well and wear them all winter long.

I get it time super comfy and warm. My feet feel pampered in this. I recommend it 100%

Got these in white in my usual Merrell size 5.5. They fit perfectly, and are cute and cozy. Got at a great sale price and am quite happy with my new shoes!
