These clogs are stiff and uncomfortable. Bottoms are sticky and made cheap! For the price of these clogs they should be better quality. I've owned 2 different pairs of Merrell clogs and I ended up returning these bc they werent good fitting, not good quality and too expensive.

I've been wearing these shoes for years. The ones I bought this year have such poor quality. I am so disapointed! The materials are so much thinner, not as study and doesn't have arch support like the old one have.

Squeaky out of the box. Thank goodness i read another review about this - otherwise I might just think it was bec they were new

Sadly not for me. After a few wearings, too flat (not enough heel), toenail bumping the toe case little too closely, I'd return them but the front actually look scuffed. Used looking after a few tryouts around the house.

My encore ice are all 4 not 5's. The new 5's are too loose. Not same fit. The color was great the fit not great.

I have so many pairs of the older style, I live in these shoes all winter!! However the new style may look cute but are NOT an improvement. Horribly wide, the lack of arch support and thin soles make these an uncomfortable knockoff of the original, I may put in an arch support and reevaluate. Please bring back the older style I'd gladly may more if that was the consideration to cheapen the shoe.

No support or cushioning in the sole and way too wide.

I too have purchased this shoe multiple times over the years and bought them in brown and black earlier this year. What was once the most comfortable shoe now lacks sufficient padding in the sole. It feels like a thin layer of material stuffed into a wooden shoe. So disappointed!

cute pink color but faux shearling lining so thin my heel hit the suede on back of shoe. Lack of arch support from previous model( few years ago) Maybe if you wore with a sock they would work better . Returned shoe

Size has definitely changed! Like style BUT not true to size as others from previous years. Recommend 1/2 down from original shoe size.

Been wearing these shoes for 15 years; last week I ordered 2 pairs & had to return them both. Not sure what changes they made to these shoes, but the shoes were too big & way to wide, I wear a medium width. Ordered the same size & width I've always worn, they always fit perfectly. I'm so disappointed that I had to return both pairs, used to be my favorite winter shoes. PLEASE return to making these shoes like they were 2 years ago; the "updates" have ruined a great shoe!
