Comfortable and cozy but the insole bunched up and came off after wearing them for one week. Very disappointed.

I found them too heavy and clunky. But they were also too wide, and fell off my heels.
I have a painful bunion and thought they would be comfortable, and they were, but for walking and everyday wear they would fall off my feet, and they were hot. Our weather in Alabama doesn't stay cold long enough to warrant them. I always wear the regular fabric black Encore shoe as a religion. Love them. They "break in" easily around my difficult to please feet. I will reorder them. Hoping they too will go on sale. (Also hope to see red, brown, and burgundy, not baby blue.

I love these shoes, warm comfortable. But I've notice that one shoe is getting lighter than the other. I notice that the left shoe is lighter and right still original dark brown. Looking into if I can somehow make the fading shoe dark again.

I have a 19 year old pair of the exact same Merrill shoe that is alot more comfortable than these new ones I bought. Very disappointed in them. Wont buy another pair

I have been wearing your Encore Ice for so many years and I bought 2 pair last year. I was so disappointed in them. Although they are comfortable they are not anywhere as supportive as my older ones. They are very wide and they don't hug my feet so they flip around in them. Please go back to your older model which were a much higher quality shoe.

One shoe was at least one size larger than the other although they were both marked the same. Seems like a real quality control problem.

Cheaply made shoes at good shoe prices. No arch support, hard and stiff, hurt my plantar fasciitis.

Sale is only on 2 colors ? Agree with other customers. Fit is not like it used to be and just saw a review that insole is no longer removable but sates in description that it is removable. Sale needs to be better for me to buy more. I already have had 6 pairs or more but price getting to high. Sorry

I have a lot of pairs of the Merrells and this pair runs big...I didn't realize it until I had worn them but they are too wide. I really like them, just to wide.

Very disappointed in this shoe. No arch support whatsoever. Otherwise would have been warm and fairly nice looking. Would not have ordered if it hadn’t comp up under the category “arch support “.

Just received what will be my last pair of Encore Ice. As mentioned by others, the fit is too large, the lining is too flimsy, and the soles squeak. They were manufactured in Indonesia. The foot bed's material is 5% wool, 95% polyester though the rest is still shearling lined. The price continues to go up and the quality goes down. Thats enough for me.

I'm so disappointed in these slippers! I have a previous version of the same Merrell slippers and have loved them for years, and knowing that my daughter bought be new ones for Christmas. The sizing is off, so we processed an exchange for a smaller size. The smaller slippers fit better but are just not comfortable. I so wish Merrell would not change up a winner... I have at least six pairs of Merrell boots, tennis shoes, etc. but these slippers did not meet my high expections.

A full size too big, nilo support to mention. Will be house slippers. Get it when companies switch mfrs to save money but where is quality fontrol? Penny wise, dollar foolish. No more Merrells.

I bought these last year 2022. The inner lining of footbed is nor attached creating a lot of discomfort and moving the insole every time I wear these mules. I love the look and comfort except fo4 the lining. Hopefully, Murrull will glue them 8. I'm the future. They are a pain!

Shoe excellence quality EXCEPT toe area that has a ridge with very little lining to keep toes warm and ridge makes very uncomfortable.

I wish I’d taken reviews more seriously, but I loved an older pair of these shoes and really wanted another. The style may be the same but the quality is just awful. These are really uncomfortable shoes without the support needed to wear as shoes for any extended period of time. My old Encores were good to slip on in the AM and wear all day. These I don’t think are fit for anything more than quickly taking out the garbage, when I need shoes rather than slippers. Like, the sole is fine but the upper is has no structure or support. Just super disappointing, especially when I know these used to be quality shoes. Glad I at least still have one of the old pairs.
