These clogs are cozy, just right for cold weather, and my feet are happy when sliding into them. It’s great Merrill is finally making wide widths; however, I wish the wides were just a tad wider. The look is ok, although I’d much prefer solid brown soles instead of the tan stripe and Brown stitching instead of tan. Overall, I’m happy with these clogs.

I have a high arch and could not feel arch support. Therefore, I had to return them as I wanted them for all day walking.

I ordered a Black 9W and received a 9 M in a 9W box. It was very disappointing. The 9W in black was sold out.

Bought 2 pair. One in Black (perfect in every way), and Hazel felt larger by a half size! QA Merrell! Not the first time I have seen this issue with Merrells. I will keep them to wear with an insole and sox. Returning this time of year is a hassle.

I normally wear an 8 in shoes. These, in a 8, were too big. I can’t comment on comfort. Didn’t really like the looks of them to try in smaller size.

Ordered my usual size 6 1/2, wide but these feel a bit snug I would have kept them if they have any arch support. No arch support at all.Dan

These shoes are now being made larger than older Merrell Encore. I have an old pair size 9.5 that fit me perfectly and this new "replacement" pair also 9.5 was visibly larger

I previously purchased Merrell Winter Slide and wanted another pair. Not being able to find that style this year I tried Encore Ice. The sole on Winter slide was perfect for walking in snow - heavy duty providing traction. Encore Ice sole would not work on ice or snow for me. Otherwise, comfortable fit, nice looking, but not as supportive as the sole on Winter Slide.

the shoes felt a bit shorter than an 11. The width felt slightly narrower than a wide. The fur may have influenced the fit.

I am always an 8.5 but this show was too big, I'll have to return for an 8

They fit fine and are very comfortable. I love the plush lining. The reason for my return is that they SQUEAK on tile floors. No problem on carpet but we have tile floors throughout the house and the material on the bottom literally makes a very loud noise as I walk. This is a very bad design flaw. The Encore Breeze 5 does the same thing so they will be returned too. I'm very sad.

I normally wear an 8 in Merrell's but even with socks on, these were significantly larger than previous Merrell's I've worn.

Fit is fine, materials are fine. This is the fourth pair of Merrill’s that I have had. The first three pairs were great, still have one of them I were with detachable ice cleats. My feet stay warm and dry. But this newest pair are not as nice. Seams where sole meets shoe are not sealed well enough and my feet get damp when I wear them. They are ok in new or powdery snow, but not in very wet or slushy snow.
