Love these. This is my third pair. Warm and cozy to keep my feet warm all winter.

I was so excited to see these new Encore Ice in the Fuschia, I bought them immediately! Not only did the color exceed my expectations (they are so fun for a pop of color), but the comfort and quality are exactly what I'm looking for in a shoe. They offer the right amount of support and are extra cozy - a great shoe for both inside and outside of the house this fall. Just bought a second pair in white!

I bought these a month ago, to prepare for a long MI winter and I am so happy I did. These are so comfy and warm, right out of the box. Perfect for walks with my dog or for a trip to the store. Highly recommend.

Love this shoe - continues to be the most comfy and warm fall weather favorite...I beg for Fall so I can legitimately wear these shoes again. I was excited to see all the new colors, especially a white version FINALLY! Thanks for the upgrade Merrell.

Everything about the shoe was as described. Quite comfortable and look great. I've had another pair of Merrell for about 20 years and they finally are totally worn out (except for gardening). That is why I looked for a similar pair. Am very happy with the new pair.

Footbed is a bit stiffer than expected. This should change with wearing. I wear these to work so I can just "kick them off" in the dressing room.

I bought these to replace an old pair. Although I do like them the last pair I had seemed to be made better. The material way heavier and when you wear these in the cold winters, you want a good quality material

I'm 70. I don't have time or life left for orthopedic shoes. Merrell Encore Ice 5's were my instant answer to comfort, stability, safety, dryness, warmth, fit, and compliments.

Lovely winter clogs for around the house and walking the dog. The light gray was a little too light in color for me. The clogs run a little large, but I am grateful they are offered in half sizes. I dislike the tags inside. In my old clogs they were stitched flat. Also, the clogs do not have removable insoles, another lovely attribute of my old Merrell's. I can wear them all day and thankfully, my feet do not hurt.

I love my mules especially walking around on a cold day along the beach!

These are very comfortable. They run a little large but I am grateful they are offered in half sizes, unlike some other brands. The soles are a little heavy The light gray is a little lighter than I would like. The insoles are not removable and that's why they don't have 5 stars. I preferred my J98712's. But I wore them to death. I wish they didn't have the tags on the inside. You have to carefully cut them out.

I have loved every pair of Merrells I have owned!! They are ALL Awesome!!! I wear them to the point of almost No soles!!! Love Merrell!!!

Warm and cozy. These are not supportive to wear all day but definitely a comfortable slipper.

Actually in Vermont right now, its either slushy, muddy orb walking on roads its salty! So Im still wearing my 2020s! Still warm still dry.

Merrell listens to feedback. They fixed the inside fleece shoe lining so it doesn't come out. They also made the bridge (?) [top part of the shoe] tighter so my foot doesn't slide out. They could still make the bridge/top part more snug as my foot still moves around a lot. The length is perfect.

Both these 3 winters ago! Wear then all the time indoors. I love them however, the inner soles needs to be replaced and there's no replacement. Merrell this is an opportunity for you! The shoe is in perfect condition except for the inner sole. Curious if this shoe can be washed?

Warm and generally comfortable, a littler roomier than I expected. I would order a 1/2 size smaller next time. Easy to slip on and off this shoe is my 'go-to' for errands and everyday activities.

Bought a 10W. The width was great but, they were too long. I also didn't like the gray toe kick against the black shoe. It made it look too much like a sneaker.

Love these shoes with the exception that in one shoe the insole has been glued in too far to the back so there is a slight gap at the front.

I really wanted to love these shoes. Ive worn the Encore Ice for decades because I loved the thick lamb fur lining that keeps my feet warm .Unfortunately that shoe seems to be gone. The fur lining is skimpy and almost missing around the top.

Good shoe for winter walking. Toe box could be a bit wider. Toes were feeling pinched after several hours of walking&standing in London crowds. Did have to change shoes late day. Was afraid to order this shoe in the Merrell WW because heel width was already too large for me in the W.
