So far this shoe has been the best support, best color and like the padding. I was hesitant to try because I love the the padding of the bondi. Hope the padding lasts as long. I only wish that they made it with a narrow option and more muted color options.

I am on my feet everyday. I am flat footed and have had feet issues my entire adult life! And I have had to wear custom orthotics in every single pair of shoes no matter what brand! My daughter recommended Hokas. I was very hesitant to buy because of the cost. I had never spent over $100 for me a pair of shoes! Now for my children that was a different story! This is my 4th pair! My first pair was really to small and it was a size 11. And I had worn them a couple of times so I really didn't realize that I could exchange them! So I gave them to my daughter, and I bought another pair in a size 12! And I am happy to say I love them and I DO NOT have to wear any orthotics at all!!!! So I am a Hoka person and I recommend them to anyone! I tell them they are pricey but if your feet do not hurt then it's worth it!!!

Having an total ankle replacement these shoes have provided great comfort. I have tried many different brands without success. So please with the Hoka Graviota.

Bought 4 Hoka variations for my wife, a now former Nike enthusiast. She's officially converted. She has since motivated many of her co-workers to try Hoka's and they love them. Loves her Mach 6 and recently purchased Gaviota. She walks several miles at work, a prison, and she can't say enough about the support, comfort and style of her new shoes.

I've been waiting for the Gaviota to have a more plush cushion like the Bondi and you have finally come through. Thank you! I like the wider toe box and the plush cushion in a stability shoe. Will buy again.

HOKA Gaviota 5 are the very best shoes I have ever purchased. Have another pair on the way!! These are the only shoes I will ever purchase. You get what you pay for!!

Love my Hoka

I have suffered from every type of foot pain you can name thanks to bad biomechanics. The Gaviota with my orthotic relieves so much of that pain, especially the capsulitis in both feet. It is the perfect amount of cushion to allow me to get back to walking without pain. I have tried Brookes, Bondi and Cliftons with no success. Gaviotas are the winner!

These are literally the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. After wearing them daily for a few weeks, my back pain is gone. I was recommended this specific shoe by my cousin, who had the same experience. We have both suffered from sciatica... I definitely recommend everyone to give these a try. I plan to purchase several more in other colors.

I ordered these shoes after reading rave reviews about them online. My toes tend to get cramped in other shoes, but not with the HOKAs! And the support is incredible! I haven't had a planter's fasciitis flare up since I've worn these! I've been on long walks, on the treadmill, my feet are so happy. These shoes are like a nice supportive hug for your feet. They are worth the price.

I tried the 4 and didn't love it because I needed stability and plush. I didn't know that until I tried Gaviota 5. These shoes are nothing short of amazing with fantastic support and comfort!

My husband and I both have Hokas, and we wear them every day. I have them in several colors. They are so comfortable. In a recent, we hiked all over Portugal in them up and down the many hilly cobblestone streets. I had to return a pair for a construction flaw, and I received a full credit, and even reminders to reorder my purchase.

The shoe Gaviota 5 is very stable. It's almost like there's a frame surrounding my foot, consequently the shoe is large across the foot. It's a different look from all the sleek shoes I wear but I must say I feel very grounded wearing them. They are very comfortable. I wanted something safe to walk cobblestone streets and also for workout. These shoes fit that purpose.
