Feels completely different from the older kayano shoes. The fore foot feels elevated and sounds like the shoe slaps the floor when I walk. The sole seems a lot thicker than it should be.

Comfortable sneakers! I have these in a different color and decided to grab an extra pair!

I have been an avid Saucony fan for the last 30 years. They changed their shoe to the point that I couldn't wear them any more. My son wears the Gel Kayano and told me I should try them. I love them! My body has been through a lot and these shoes are awesome. They propel you forward and the cushioning is perfect.

I ruptured my plantar fascia last year and my pt recommended either these or another specific type and brand for my healing. I tried both types on and new immediately these were the ones. They have made a huge difference for me. I now own 8 pairs of them. After all you need all the colors.

New heel look + sole feel = immediate backpain for me. For many years, I buy 3 pairs of these a year for their fit & pronation, specifically. This time around they turned into platform shoes. Sometimes we should just leave well enough alone. Maybe add a model if a platform version was necessary. Will need to find a new solution out there elsewhere.

Ok but not the best. I miss the older Gel Kyano! These are a bit awkward to walk/run in. Cushion is good but not the "fit like a glove" feel I'm used to.

My left ankle over pronates and is very uncomfortable. I work on my feet 8 hours a day then come home and need to be productive. These shoes make that less painful than ever! My ankle actually looks straight! I have little to no swelling and can stay on my feet all day at work and keep going when I get home. These shoes have been life changing for me.

I can always step into a pair of ASICS shoes and know that the fit will be comfortable and perfect.

I was so excited to receive the shoes, after a few months of wearing them, I started developing severe knee and hip pain. I saw a few different doctors, had imaging test done, and no one was able to determine any sort of functionality issues. After I saw my chiropractor, we were able to see the shoe was not produced correctly and therefore my hip and my knee were trying to overcompensate for the way that mu foot was being held in the shoe. When I tried to explain this to Asics customer service, even though it had been over the 90 day return policy, they said that there was nothing that they could do to remedy the situation. They couldve easily offered store credit. I have no interest in keeping a dysfunctional shoe, and saddened by their lack of compassion for their customer.

The shoe sometimes digs into the back of my ankles but other than that, I really love them and find them to be comfortable--I just need to wear good socks. I wear theses to go on 3 mile walks everyday and haven't had any issues with foot pain like I did in my H*kas lol. The colorway I chose too is really cute. I would repurchase.

This is my second pair of the 30s. They are comfortable and very cushiony on long walks. The fit is very good, they don't slip, pinch or rub.

It is a very nice shoe but I have a pronation problem with my left foot and the shoe has rubbed the area on my ankle so sore that I am unable to wear this shoe. I bought this shoe because it was for foot pronation.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I need a very cushioned shoe and these feel great on my feet. I can walk longer without pain. Thanks for a great shoe Asics!

This is a beautiful shoe, I got the black and thunder blue. I love the colours, especially on the sole. They are very cushioned. I bought the same size as my novablast 3, and find these run a bit smaller. Definitely not as roomy in the toe box area, and not as long. Has caused some foot pain on my arches during runsbut I think that is because it is not suited to my pronation or running style. So they have become my casual shoes rather than what they were bought for.

Great fit, and feel great. I am not a runner but wanted a good shoe for walking and everyday function with comfort and support.

I ordered the shoes on May 30th and still have not received the product. My first one fits perfect but I wont order again due to a very slow shipping. 6/25/24

I love my Asics. These shoes are comfortable and they fit perfectly.

I've worn a pair of Gel-Kyanos for 5 years and love the shoe. However, the last has been changed and is now much wider than my other ones. I'm sad that I can no longer wear this shoe.

Something changed, and not for the better. Ive worn Kayanos for over 15 years and have loved every version until now. Theyre just not as comfortable. Im beyond disappointed.

Nice shoe. Very comfortable. However, almost too much cushion.

Great combination of support and comfort. Love that there are fun color options! Note these do seem to run large vs other brands, had to go down a half size.

These sneakers did not fit. After 3 days of wear (my usual 4 miles each day), I had deep tendon pain in my left foot. My superfeet inserts would not fit in the left shoe. These superfeet inserts fit in other shoes 1/2 size smaller. The third day was my last wearing these. And what is worse, there was no obvious way to communicate my issue. This review request came from asics in an email, 2 weeks too late.

These shoes are more like a walking shoe, with a rocking motion that throws your foot forward when walking- makes shows feel tight in toebox. They do have good cushioning, but I prefer previous models of Gel Kayano for overall comfort.
