Great fit and support. I work on my very flat feet for 8 hours a day and have zero back/feet pain. 5/5 would recommend.

Super comfortable. Lots of cushion. I like that the laces arent super long and and they dont come untied like prior ones

They fit great and are extremely comfortable. They offer good support while on my feet for 10-12 hour shifts!

I am almost flat footed and if I do not wear a supportive shoe, I end up with knee and back pain. I used to wear Brooks, but I tried this shoe and I now have 3 pairs. I will buy more when on sale again. Very comfortable shoe.

Ive been wearing ASICS gel kayano sneakers for over 10 years. The 30 is comfortable but feels a little clunkier than past models. It does provide good support for me as a pronator but doesnt feel as smooth as last years model when Im out doing my 2 miles every morning.

I miss the previous versions of the Gel-Kayano. These have too much cushion under foot and no road feel. These do not work for me anymore at all and aggravate my achilles tendonitis. I wore Gel-Kayanos for 10 years and am sad to say that I have had to move on. The Ghost Adrenaline feels like the old Gel-Kayano, if you are searching. Please, please bring the old Gel-Kayanos back.

This was my 3rd pair of this model. So comfy and light. Got me to love running again!

Nice cushion and support. Have worn this model for years and it keeps improving!

Have bought this style over the years, but this version seems to be bulkier with a wider toebox and thicker heel. It is comfortable, but not a fan of the style.

Very comfortable and lots of cushioning, but very bulky. Not the look I was hoping for, I had the gel kayano in the past and really like them, but these are very big shoes!

Good cushion but they run small and tight around the heel aggravating my plantar fasciitis.I'll keep them to wear when my PF is better. Also, I have a high instep and the shoe strings are too short.

I love my shoes! They fit perfectly. The gel cushion and stability are great for my feet. I usually go half to 1 size up to allow for thick comfort socks and foot movement while running.

These fit great out of the box and felt good in a short walk but ended up causing a lot of pain after they were broken in. Wish I could return them.

The shoe was tight, and I take a 6.5 and this shoe was small. I wanted them for Plantar Fasciitis but did not help my feet in any way. I had to send them back as they were so uncomfortable.

The only shoe for me! Great support and lightweight.

They fit good, a little wider than my last pair, but I don't like the new style. They look like space boots/shoes. The heel sole stick out a bit further than my last pair. I'm going to try a HOKA pair next time.

Love the comfort and stability. I have had 7 knee surgeries with a replacement. These shoes are wonderful for my legs and back.

As a neutral runner, Brooks Ghost have been my go to training shoe for 30-40 miles a week until the recent versions have been disappointing in terms of cushioning and durability. I tried this new version of the ASICS Kayano because other neutral runners reported that the cushion stabilization was supportive but not corrective and held up. Its true, and I love them.

i have been using asics kayano at work for many years as i spend long hours of walking & standing. i noticed this newer version had a thicker gel cushion bottom that resembles the Hoku shoes which are very popular now. this provides more comfort & i get additional arch support from my orthotic inserts.

I am a long time customer of ASICS and these shoes dont disappoint. Nice wide toe box and plenty of cushion.

I liked my old ones, but these have much less arch support. I had sore ligaments after a few short runs. Theres noticeably more room in the toe box, if you like that.
