Very uncomfortable and hurt my feet so much. What a waste.

My feet felt so light when I put these shoes on for the first time. They are amazingly comfortable to walk in with good support.

These are a great show for everyday wear and tear.

Shoes are nice and supportive however, they are little heavy when doing long-distance running.

I love the pairs of Gel-Kayano 28 shoes I have worn for the last 2 years and thought that the 30 would be just as comfortable. When I wear the Gel-Kayano 30 my foot come down wrong and it has caused foot, ankle and hip pain. I try to wear them once a week just to see if it improves but so it hasn't. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I did like the color.

I have Plater's Faciatis, and have been wearing this shoe line for years!!! Best shoes I have ever worn!

This is my go-to running shoe. I run 3 times weekly, between 2-4 miles, and I do some treadmill running during a HIIT class 4 times a week. I've relied on the fit and the sturdiness of Gel-Kayano since iteration 19, I think. I came over from another brand, and find the consistency of my Gel-Kayano satisfying.

Ok the first few wears but they dont last long at all everything hurts

Great cushion and support while running. I have flat feet and had to get these at last minute when I was starting to get shin splints often while running in my previous pair of running shoes as a sign that its running shoe life was winding down. Ever since switching to these I have not felt the pains during or after my runs.

They are amazing these shoes are so comfortable and a must buy.

I like the cushion of the shoes and the color. I shouldve ordered a size up because it seemed to run small. I have to get used to the height of the shoe but overall, I think it helps with my heel and foot problem.

I like my new shoes but they do run a bit large. I considered returning but decided to keep them. Nice color and good support.

Very comfortable for an 8-12 hour shift. I love the contracting colors as I usually wear navy blue scrubs. I have been wearing kayanos for many years. I loved the 29s, I still have two pair in my rotation for outside of work.

Love these! As a woman who has pronating feet & is a size 12 - these have been a life saver. Plus they come in multiple colors to choose from. The fit and comfort of are amazing, I am able to go miles in them with no pain.

These shoes are so comfortable and have great foot support! I feel very bouncy wearing them.

I have worn Gel Kayano for walking for many years. The fit changes a bit each year. But the difference in the new shoe was drastic for me. The toe was up too high, forcing a rolling gait to my walk. Very uncomfortable. Nice looking for those that can wear them.

Amazing shoes for plantar fasciitis and flat wide feet! As a pregnant hairstylist, I am on my feet all day and they are constantly sore. There was little to no break in time for these shoes and I can wear them all day long with no problems. I went a half size up and wide width. Highly recommend!

Amazing cushion for the nyc 2024 marathon , zero time for training due to work schedule . These shoes were a foot pain saver.

These sneakers feel great, especially for my overpronation. As well as extra cushion for my flat feet.

I've recently gotten back into running and have started doing some small races. Recently I signed up for a 12K and wanted to make sure I had good quality shoes since it would be the longest distance I've run. I struggle with plantar fasciitis and I'm over 200 lb so having good shoes is important. Just did my 12K yesterday and the shoes were fantastic. I felt well supported all throughout the event and my feet feel fine today. Worth every penny!
