I like Asics because a 9 1/2 is always a 9 1/2. This gave me confidence to buy online for the first time instead of driving into a store. Great having more options to choose from. I've worn the Gel Kayano 30 before, so no surprise I like this pair as well.

I have been an avid runner and married to the Asics brand for over 40 years. I was excited to try the Gel-Kayano 30. I tried them and to my disappointment they were painful to even walk in. The are on top of the shoe on the foot above the toes at the end of the laces was painful and not padded. I sent them back and am now trying the Adidas and Nike brand for running.

Purchased 15 because they didnt have 16s. Realizing they are too small for me. I guess Im stuck with having these As they have no 16s that are black/black.

I have run in Gel Kayanos for years and found them to be the best street running shoe for me. I have recommended the model to several runners over the years. However, I am very disappointed in the Gel Kayano 30. The design/shape of the shoe was changed. The shoes caused me to develop bunion-like formations on the outer part of both feet below my little toe. The lower stripe on the shoe digs into my feet. I have given the shoes to my son and am currently waiting for my feet to heal. In the meantime, the feet are very painful

I have been a massive fan of Asics Gel Kayano since 2009. I was really anticipating the 30 and how it would compete with all the good things I was hearing about the Hoka Gaviota. Unfortunately, I am truly bummed with this shoe. The feel of these shoes is nice, but my feet get VERY hot. I am trying to find a sock that helps with this issue, but so far I have not had any luck. I am curious as to whether the 31s are better mitigating heat build up? If they are, and you want to make me a happy customer then please find a way to replace my 30s with the 31s. If there is no difference with heat build up, then i'd advise you to figure out a fix or watch the Gel Kayano lose it's following. Thank You, Dan

The 11 1/2 wide that I ordered were exceptionally tight. Returned them and ordered a 12 wide. Let's see what happens

This is a poor quality shoe from previous products and they will not let me return online because I wore them ONCE.

I like the higher heel lift and the extra cushioning.

Hurt me feet after a while compare to gel nimbus 25. I prefer the softer feel of the gel nimbus 25 way more. I wish I did not get these and got those again instead.

The website gave me a date 3 days later in bold blue print. When I received the receipt via email and looked at it later that day it has tiny print saying shipping is taking longer than expected. You only have 15 minutes from the time of sale to cancel so the $30 paid for shipping is non refundable. Now that the shoes won't arrive in time for a trip I ended up going to a retail location to purchase different shoes. Asics adds another $5 bucks for returns, so now I'm out $35 due to paying for the fake "expedited" shipping.

I have very flat and high volume feet which means that they tend to blow out from normal running shoes. These have been the most comfortable stability shoes since the Hoka Gaviota 2s. Thanks!

A little cheap. Foam feels foamy. Shoe's a bit narrow.

Moving right to left sideways, the left shoe feels like it gives way more than the right; but they feel comfortable and all other times.

Comfy shoes. Almost dont feel them with full support

Wow I'm a long time Kayano fan but Asics sure did mess this one up! this shoe might be the ugliest shoe made not to mention now way to much cushion. Well Asics you lost a long time customer. who ever redesigned this shoe should be fired..

Best improvement to the shoe so far. In the past changes were hardly noticable. These show a big difference

I purchased these for my husband. He is very happy with them

I am getting a persistent pain in my right inner knee whenever I run with these shoes. The pain goes away if I run with my old Nike winflo 9.

Love them! True to size. I got the black and they are nice a clean-cut look. Can recommend. I always the previous edition of the Kayan, they are less money and close to the same quality as the newest ones!

The worst customer service ever Instead of size 14 white I received 9 1/2 blue Took forever to get customer service to help return the shoes Never received what I ordered After 4 email exchanges and requests for the same info 3 times I decided to call I gave up after being on hold for 141 minutes
