Like the purse but the side pocket is too short and I feel like my phone would fall out if I put it in it

I love the looks of this bag but returned it because of two problems for me. The outside pocket was too large, it should have a snap to keep things from falling out. The inside pocket was too far down for easy access. Another pocket would be helpful with such a deep bag.

The outside pocket is much to shallow making it pretty useless.

This is a nice small bag - size was just what I wanted and I love how it looks, but it could be improved: the top zipper seems too short for the width and makes accessing the interior a little tight. No organizing pockets or dividers inside except one small side zippered pocket make this more like a basic tote bag: like carrying your stuff in a bucket. The adjustable strap is nice, but is in comfortable, esp for long periods of time.

Looks great and seems sturdy, but I agree with other reviewers, the pockets leave a lot to be desired. The biggest problem for me is the strap is too short. I am only five foot four and it hits me too high to be comfortable. I will probably be returning.

Outside pocket isn't as deep as I would have thought, items fall out.

Great size and quality. Needs a deeper outside pocket with a clasp. Also needs another pocket inside. I worry something will fall out of outside pocket. Would not order again.

I like the rustic look of this bag. It is bigger than I expected. The "specs" in the product details say that the width is 9 1/2 inches. I thought that would work for me as I am short. It is actually 11" or so.

I needed a large bag and this bag was too small. The quality of the bag was excellent, but I was surprised by its size when I received it in the mail.

Outside pocket not deep enough to keep things from falling out; leather bottom constricted the bag so canvas top ballooned and made bag top heavy so it would not stand upright; stitching on top zipper was frayed right out of the shipping package; strap was too stiff and excess difficult to get into the strap tabs to keep it from sticking out. Appreciated the recyclable shipping package.

This bag is very heavy and the outside pocket is very shallow. I am not a fan of this bag.

I bought this for a trip I have planned. I had hoped my small laptop would fit in the outside pocket but that pocket is only about 4" deep. :( The quality is good, however.

The outside pocket only went halfway down and the lack of inside pockets made it too difficult to organize inside/ beautiful canvas fabric but just not functional bag and the inside fabric was also very dark which made it difficult to find items inside

I don't love this this bag I got the tan canvas and it picks up stains from L.L. Bean jeans so part of it is blue now I've only had it for a couple of weeks. The interior of the bag does not have enough pockets there's not even a place to put a cell phone in the interior. The outside pocket is not deep enough anything that you put in falls out I don't recommend this purse.

Purse fabric is quite stiff; actually larger than I imagined (which is my fault for not measuring).

It was too heavy for me and not enough pockets. There should be one at least for your phone.

It's much larger than I expected. The outside pocket is quite shallow and there's no closure on it. The main compartment has no pockets / divisions so everything is just jumbled around in it. I returned this immediately.

I returned the bag. Loved the material and style but the opening is too restrictive.

Yea, perfect size, tolerable strap length, roomy interior, outside pocket.....wheres the rest of the pocket? Pocket is so shallow it would barely hold a stick of gum. Yes, the pocket is wide but shallow. It is virtually useless. There is nothing other than a folded sheet of paper that would NOT FALL OUT OF THIS POCKET. I didnt believe the other reviews so I had to see it for myself. Cry baby cry. Must go back.

Bag is attractive but way too heavy to be labeled a Crossbody!

The purse was too heavy and the side pocket was too shallow so I returned it. I had to pay postage to return it, which is fine, I understand. Reading through the return policy, I was led to believe that my original form of payment will be credited. Instead, about 3 weeks after I shipped the item back, I received a store credit voucher.
