I was gifted this in navy as a teacher work bag and at first I wasn't sure I would want to use it (I wouldn't say it's super cute?). However, as soon as I packed my stuff in it and saw all the pockets and how well it kept my stuff organized, I was sold!! It's super practical and holds everything I need! I haven't tried fitting my laptop because I have a separate bag for that (school-issued). It's made from sturdy canvas and has both a handle to carry and straps to put over your shoulder if you need to carry something else with that hand (like a coffee). Plus it's been a year and it's still in excellent shape. Great bag!

I love all the compartments in this bag. I can always find what i need quickly. It has room enough for my laptop, lunch bag, water bottles and umbrella. I like that is relatively small but holds so much.

Gift for my daughter who teaches school. She loved depth pf case - could hold her laptop safely and lots of room for papers etc

The tote has so many storage compartments, two spaces for water bottles and space for all my books, writing pads. Love tucking a pashmina scarf and a small purse but have potential to add umbrella, iPad. The handle gives my shoulders a break and it doesn't drag - it's been well thought through. The canvas is rugged, and the squared off base helps it lean in an upright way. It is super deep which helps hide the contents - doesn't ever look messy. So happy with this great tote.

I've had this bag for about a year and half now -- I can't imagine living without it. It's my daily work bag but I've also taken it with me on several trips. I appreciate all the pockets and pouches it has, and the two different sets of handles. The short ones are perfect for when you don't want to carry it on your shoulder but don't want the bag to drag on the ground either. I can't say enough good things about this bag. Would buy multiples if LL Bean ever discontinued it!

This is my first LL Bean purchase and I'm very pleased with it. I like the two options for the handles and it's very sturdy. It's a little bigger than I thought it would be but I'll use it when we travel. There are a ton of pockets and hidey holes, inside as well as outside.

We travel frequently and always pack his/hers iPads, kindles, chargers, cables, etc. This is perfect for that. It is heavy duty, stands up by itself and easy to carry all of these items. Plus it is very cool looking!

Everything fits for daily walking commute. Water bottles, lunch, paperwork, personal items, glasses and tablet. Genius design. So many compartments for organizing. Fabric and materials are the superior quality one would expect from LL Bean. Replacing years old Boat and Tote and wanted more than a dump everything in workhorse bag. Sophisticated and classic.

This holds so much! I can easily fit my iPad, 2 water bottles, Bose headphone case, wallet and snacks.

Many compartments. I can fit a laptop, tablet, wallet, sunglasses case, make up bag, water bottle and still have the outside compartments free to place keys. I can easily pick up bag by handles or by straps. Very sturdy. I have had tote for a month. Happy with purchase.

I'd been carrying too many separate bags to work and wanted something to consolidate all my stuff- this tote is perfect. It's fits my laptop, notebook, small purse and my lunch, and has plenty of compartments for small items like a mouse and charger. It even has inside sleeves that will fit an umbrella or water bottle. The material is a bit stiff but that should soften with use. Shoulder straps are comfortable. The top is open, no zipper, but I'm going from the garage to the office so not an issue for me. Very happy with this purchase.

Great bag! Everything you need, durable, stylish and light weight.

I like the style, material, color, handles, but it could be an inch or two more expandable. It's a tight fit for the papers and supplies I want to carry. I made it all fit in, but could use more room or an outside pocket.

The canvas is sturdy. The bag is very roomy. I carry a laptop, teaching supplies and more. I appreciate zippered pockets and some that aren't. I use the long straps and sometimes the short leather straps. This bag is designed nicely. I won't know how long the straps can handle what I carry I have a year warranty. We'll see! I have high hopes so far.

Love this bag. I bought it mostly because I wanted a bag that held my water bottle on the inside and it does not disappoint. It's a bonus now that I have pockets for all the other things I carry on a daily basis.

I love this bag- I have a lot of bags- but this one is amazing- I can fit so much into this bag and it never seems to heavy. I use it primarily foe work- it fits my laptop, water bottles, makeup bad, note books- I have been looking for a bag like this for years- it's tough and meets my needs

LOVE this bag! It's sensibly designed; it sits on the floor of the car just so offering cell phone, sunglasses, ipad/laptop within easy reach. This bag is perfect for a lap and has so much room for everything else you need. It is the perfect size and the shape of it makes it so easy to carry. It is very sturdy and should last for a long time. I like that it is rigid becaues it holds its form and always looks great!
