I'm not so sure these aren't made by DT, just at a better price. I wear a size 11 keen hiker and 12 in everything sneaker and the large is perfect. If you don't turn them inside out when you wash the they're gonna pill. That's every wool sock. My only gripe would be that there needs to be more colors and cushion offerings. The medium cushion is fine for hiking but if you want something thicker, your choice is the boot sock which is way too thick.

These socks kept my feet comfortable and warm when hiking in 20 degree temps!

Bought 4 different pairs of LLBean style wool included socks for son-in-law. Hard to find roomy socks for a size 12 men's shoe. I've been told all four different styles are great for different uses-so I'll rate all four pairs 5* with Mumsie as my go to name.
