This scarf is as advertised. Lovely wool, ample length and very warm. The colors are beautiful and bright. I will wear it with pleasure. Tis the season, the winter has set in early.

Warm, soft and fashionable

It's soft and perfectly matched with the Lambswool coat. And a scarf will definitely be needed with the coat in winter.

I bought this to go with the crisp lapis wool pea coat. I chose plum plaid, and it is beautiful with the coat. It is very warm, and will be nice around the neck on a cold winter day. Very pleased.

Just received my Irish lambswool scarf in holiday buffalo and I absolutely love it. I bought it to match with my 3 quarter lambswool coat in teal as shown together in one of their catalogues. Winters can be very drab here in the northeast so I wanted something other than navy, gray and brown, winter colors. This scarf is made in Ireland for. LLBean and it is NOT ITCHY AT ALL. Can't wait to wear both the coat and scarf together as shown in LLBean catalogue. What a pretty ensemble. Thank you LLBean for the perfect match.

I bought two of the buffalo plaid lambs wool scarves for gifts (the purple and the brown ones) and liked them so much I just ordered one for myself (holiday buffalo). The dimensions are approximately 12' x 68' with additional 3" of fringe on each end. The women's version appears to be about 6 inches longer than the men's version of this scarf and easier to wrap. They are soft and lovely!

I was very pleased with the colors how they blended with my coat, how soft & warm the scarf is. The length is perfect.

I would highly recommend, its exactly what I was looking for my wife. Made a great gift.

I have a red wool toggle coat that I have been wearing a lot this Winter. It needed something stylish - a wool scarf perhaps. This LLBean scarf is just perfect. The length and weight are just right, it is so soft I can wrap it around my neck, no scratching or itching, the plaid with red on a white background looks great with the red coat. Very nice scarf. Beautiful bright deep colors that cheer you up on a cold day. Very versatile can dress up a coat and sweater but stay unpretentious.

I bought this scarf as a Christmas gift for my adult son, who fell in love with this beautiful scarf, both with its quality as well as with the color (grey plaid). I bought the women's version, as there was nothing feminine about the pattern yet it was longer than the men's version. On top of this, its woven in Ireland, the land of "lambswool" if you will and its very inexpensive So I decided to buy the aqua scarf for me and i'm loving it. Definitely recommend it. I hope LL Bean's brings it back next year, with different patterns and a bit longer yet!

Love it! This wool plaid scarf is beautiful, warm, and the perfect length to wrap. It is soft and non-itchy. The gray plaid color is stunning with black, cobalt blue, many shades of gray and probably other colors that I have not tried yet. I've had the scarf two weeks and I've already worn it many times. I bought this scarf as a gift for my 22 year old daughter. She loves it. I do too. Though I think the regular price is too high. I bought it on sale. Love the classic plaid. The length is great for wrapping it twice the way my daughter likes to wear her scarves.
