Exactly what I was looking for! Secure, comfortable and several useful pockets and water bottle holders.

I bought this backpack four years ago when I was starting college. Normally, my backpacks lasted about a year, maybe two if I was lucky. This has lasted me all four years of my degree. I plan on replacing it when I start graduate school with the exact same one. Buy this backpack!

The right size with nice features. I use it as a smaller carry on bag for plane travel. Works perfectly. And the elastic straps are perfect for attaching to the handle of my roller bag.

I chose this backpack to use while travelling, as it has back support which includes the lower back area. Durable, has the needed space for travel.

I normally don't write product reviews but I had a great experience with this one. I've had the backpack for about a year and a half now, and regularly use it for carrying books, folders and my laptop around campus and it has held up great. But what really surprised me was this: it fell into a stream I was crossing while hiking and down a 10-ft waterfall, but bobbed right back up to the surface because it was so watertight, and floated near the shore until I could pull it out a minute later. There was maybe half an inch of water in the bottom, and most of my gear was wet, but not soaked, and I got my backpack and gear back. The lining has also held up well in heavy rain, with some stuff inside being damp afterwards but only slightly, and in lighter to moderate rain I don't remember anything getting wet yet. Notably, the laptop compartment will get damp around the edges but this hasn't impacted my laptop in the past. Great purchase, definitely worthwhile. I expect to be able to continue using this for several years.

My son loves it! It accentuates his laptop and his other school items. He finds it very comfortable to wear.

This is the backpack my grandson picked out for school this past fall (2023). He loves it! It is roomy yet lightweight. I love the fact that it is so durable. I only wish that I had been able to get it monogrammed for him but that option wasn't available. It's a great backpack though and I would buy it again.

I'm almost 50, and I've been using LL Bean nap sacks since I was in elementary school. When I was a kid I had a leather bottom nap sack for years that I just loved. After a bunch of years the zipper broke, and I sent it back with a note that begged LL Bean to save my favorite bag and fix it. A few weeks later it was returned, as good as new, with a nice note in return. This bag continues LL Bean's great tradition of great bagsbut this time for my 6th grader. I'll always return to LL Bean for great nap sacks.

I got this for my 8-yr-old grandson, and he loves it. He told me he's glad it has 7 pockets! His parents like it because it's tough and will last awhile.

Compact, yet roomy enough for computer and materials needed for the day! Enough space for a small lunchbox and PE bag as well. Water bottle fits snug in the outside pocket. The snug ties in the front are perfect to carry a jacket.

This backpack can hold so much stuff and it's comfortable for my child. I ordered the black version and looks great! The only con thing is the bottle hold is small so if you have a big water container it won't fit.

Bought this bag for my son for school and he loves it. The extra strap for around the waist is a nice touch for when he has a lot of homework.

Great backpack! My daughter is really liking her new backpack. It's comfortable and well-made but the only complaint she has is the small pocket on the outside does not fit her phone so she hast to you put it in the second pocket and then it falls all the way to the bottom.

Great sturdy large backpack. Fits Chromebook, binder, lunch, hydro flask with room to spare. Backpack itself is not heavy so doesn't add weight.

Solid backpack. My daughter uses it fir school and packs it to the brim. Strong seams and zippers. Water bottle holder on the side a plus.
