I got a pair of LL Bean boot socks from my boyfriend's mom for Christmas. The first time I wore them, one of them started to come apart at the seam by the toes. I called LL Bean, and they promptly sent me a new pair. The news ones are perfect! Very warm and very cushiony. I love them!

I bought these socks for my husband for Christmas and he loves them! He needed a warm and comfortable sock for snowblowing and shoveling. Well, he was very pleased with them. Now he can't complain that his feet are cold!

These socks are definitely worth buying. They are warm and toasty in our New England weather. My husband uses a snow blower to clear our driveway and he has asked me to buy more of these socks after I gave him his first pair last year. I just bought three more pairs!

Purchased socks for my 13 year old son for Christmas. He loves them and the material does not irritate his dry feet which is an issue during New England winter months. I'm ordering more. Great price for great quality.

These are by far the best socks, a little pricey, but well worth it. They will last a life time and are very comfortable

The L.L. Bean Boot Socks are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. I've been known to wear them year round as the wool will also keep feet cool in warmer weather. Admittedly, I sleep in them as well...since I own nearly a dozen pair, they hold up quite well wash after wash, and rarely wear out at the heal. And, as much as I love these socks, I would not recommend wearing them in a tropical climate...

These are the best socks for warmth I've ever had. I got them for a trip to the great white north. They are warm and very comfortable without the bulk of other boot socks. And they look cool too.

Wow wow is all I can say. I purchased two pairs of these for my son as he always wears 2 -3 pairs of socks at the same time to keep his feet warm. He says these are the best socks ever as he only needs to wear one pair and his feet stay warm and dry. He also wears them at night to sleep in. I will be getting more of these for him. Best ever.

I bought these socks to wear with the Bean boots. They do a great job keeping my feet warm, which is no small task considering that my feet are more susceptible to the cold since I had frostbite a few times as a kid. They are also great to wear around the house. I was concerned about the price, but I am very pleased with how warm they are and how easy they are to wash, so I think they are worth it. However, on my one foot that is slightly wider, these socks make a really snug fit in the boot. A perfect fit for me would be the heavyweight sock on the narrower foot, and a midweight sock on the other. But I cannot say if my feet would stay as warm this way. I've had the socks and boots about a month, so this situation may improve with time as others have said there is a long break in time with the boots. But you can't beat these socks for keeping your feet warm, even when the wind chill is near zero. I intend to buy another pair.

My son lives and works as a mechanic in Yellow Stone Nat. Park and has to go out in all kinds of weather;some times be low 0degrees. These socks are incredibly comfortable. Thick and heavy and luxoruiously soft. They barely shrunk in the dryer, if at all - remember to dry on the lowest setting. They dry quickly in the dryer, so do not overdry, to avoid unneccary shrinking. Wash in cold water. I only own two of these, but they are my favorite socks, especially in the freezing cold snowy weather. They do an amazing job of wisking away moisture. Great socks! Happy I spent the money on them. They cost more than most socks, but for good reason.

The socks are as advertised - good compliment to all of the LL Bean boots. They make the fleece-lined boots even more comfortable, and give a bit of cushion to the unlined leathertops.

A sock that is as comfortable as it looks fashionable. Just love it. Have a few pairs of them and I've had to share two pairs with the Gsons. So very comfortable, and so very warm. Slip a pair on if your heading out to play in the snow, you will be so pleased that you did.

I love great socks and these are among the best I have owned. They are a little thick for day to day, but great for colder weather and in boots for long walks.

These socks are are a treat for cold morning feet. I walk my lab retriever every mornings and some of the wooded area we cover is icey cold and wet. I use these with the maine hunting boots they go great together.

My husband bought these at the store in Maine when we had the chance to visit. My brother saw them and loved them. Now, these socks are Christmas gifts for all the men in my life. P.S. That was 4 years ago when we bought those socks and they are still going strong!

Been wearing Bean Boot for 40 years these are the best sock for the boots. Warm, soft and dry, They wick very well. You'll love them!!!!!!!!

I was hesitant about spending this much on a pair of socks. I am glad I did they are very comfortable and warm. I plan to buy them for my sons.
