Customer Reviews L.L.Bean Winter Lined Mitten

Having been a long-term ll Bean customer, I was so surprised , dismayed with quality of this product. I purchased 2 pairs of these mittens on sale. They were black and white mittens lovely color, warm as toast, but fell apart, literally. The top of the outside of this mitten fell apart. Returned first pair, the second pair did the same thing. I'm almost 70 so I didn't rough house with them! I'm so frustrated , I won't even bother returning them. I am just done!!! Perhaps the other colors are better made? The seam on top just unraveled.

I bought these mittens as a Christmas present. I wanted to love these mittens. My friend wore them once, and they fell apart. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. They were returned, sadly.

What a joke. I wore these one time and the top seam burst open out of nowhere. There wasn't even any pressure on it. Straight garbage don't bother.

Mittens are very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately I was only able to wear them twice before they unraveled. I sent them back to LL Bean and they said it was accidental and they would not replace. Poor quality, don't buy.
