Love these mittens! Lost one, so came home and purchased another pair. They are very warm and comfy. I work with homeless, so I am out in the winter elements. They do the trick. My "go to" mittens.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great fit (I have larger hands) and they are so soft. They look so nice and are quite warm.

These are very warm when I’m working outside or walking the dog. Obviously they don’t provide as much dexterity as gloves, but it’s worth it when it’s below freezing out. I can even put hot hands inside the mittens to be extra warm. The only downside is that they have a big tag sewn into one of the mittens, and even after cutting the tag out, there’s still some scratchy material left. They are a little big but about what I expected for a “one size” product. I’m 5’4” and wear 7.5 women’s shoes for reference so they probably fit most adults.

These mittens truly keep your hands warm. I also bought a pair for a friend who lives in Illinois and she loves them as much as I do.

These mittens were delivered the day before a twelve inch snowfall hit the NC mountains where we live. Just in time as we are still snowed in after 5 days! I bought the matching cap. Decided on black. Beautiful pattern. Thick but not too bulky. Feel that I can write a review after testing them out for several days. Love them! Great fit for the mittens and the cap. My head usually takes a larger size but the cap is perfectly snug without pinching. I like how the mittens are not tight. Plenty of room to wiggle my fingers without feeling that the mittens are floppy. Nice snug ribbing around the wrists to keep them snuggly fitting. Definitely will not slip off but easily slide off when you want to remove them. I needed something to cover my ears and the cap does the trick. The fold where it covers your forehead is adjustable so you can cover your face and and ears a lot or a little. The mittens are exactly as described and oh so warm. I also own an LL Bean cap and light weight gloves in felt for chilly weather in spring and fall but these new mittens and the cap will be what I wear all winter. Worried I would have trouble handling my walking stick with mittens but no trouble at all with the grip. The double layer is awesome and very soft on the inside of the gloves and cap. I did carefully remove the tags on the inside. They are sewn on but if you use a tread remover or small sharp fingernail scissors you can easily get rid of the scratchy tags. I buy Bean for their quality and these mittens and cap look like they will last for years. I cut the little metal tags off carefully with tiny scissors cause I do not like being a walking advertisement. But that is just a small annoyance. I highly recommend these mittens and get the matching cap. Very stylish and functional.

These mittens are so sweet. I use them on my daily walks. Won't use them to walk the dogs because I don't want to ruin them. I just slip my hands in them, along with the hand warmers, and go. The hand warmers are great too. I feel their warmth the whole way up my arm. Great trio if your hands seem to be the only thing that gets cold.

These gloves are super thick and warm, I'm looking forward to trying them out on our next dog walk when it's 17° to see if my finger tips still stay warm. I can't see how these wouldn't do the trick! Good quality mitten from L.L. Bean.

LOVE these mittens! Sounds silly but the cuff is wide enough to slip easily over rings that usually catch on other gloves or mittens.
