I wrote a review on the bag I ordered that arrived with the wrong name. ( I ordered "Karin", the bag arrived with "Abigail" embroidered.). I gave a 1 star review. I do not know how to reply to my original review, so here is a revised review with the same title. I called LL Bean customer service and Peggy helped me. She corrected everything and rushed the order (I had paid to rush the original order.) My new perfect tote arrived before my vacation. Thank you Peggy for correcting the error so quickly for me! The bag is well made, sturdy and roomy. The embroidery thread color matches the handles. The long handles are the right size to carry the bag on my shoulder without strain.

Bought it for my wife and it really surprised her! She is delighted with the zipper on top.

I ordered the long-handled version of this tote to use for a diaper bag and couldn't be more pleased! It's sturdy and most dirt/crumbs/what-have-you just wipes right off. Excellent quality and something I'll be able to carry long after my kids are out of the diaper bag phase!

Love it! Was between large and X-Large but glad I went with the bigger size. It's the perfect beach/boat bag! I also love the salmon color for my initials. It's the perfect mix of color and neutral. Can't wait to use it this summer.

I bought 5 MEDIUM (regular) and 1 SMALL ZIPPER TOP (long) about TWENTY years ago. I bought one for each of my 4 kids and two for myself. Of the 6 bags, 5 are still in use. (I had to toss one, my son was really hard on things.)

Sturdy. Holds up well. I bought a smaller tote 20 years ago and it has lasted so well that I bought this one because I like the large size. It's hard to find totes with strong durable zippers. This is great. Like the color too.

Love this bag. So happy with it. Worth the price because it's so nicely made. Other sites try to make similar ones but aren't as nicely made. This will last years. Love LL bean products for that reason!

It is strong and durable, as I had hoped it would be. I had to make an exchange because the original tote I ordered was too big for my carrying needs. The exchange went extremely smooth.
