Zip-Top Boat and Large Tote is both functional and beautiful ! It's sturdy. I love the fact that the zipper closes and all the contents are safe. If it's zipped & knocked,everything inside will still be inside not all over the floor.

My husband and I are recently retired and have started to travel. I already had this bag so I bought another one for him. We are able to fit everything we need for vacations and look stylish too.

This bag is really sturdy and holds a lot! Have purchased more than one.

Personalized tote is perfect gift. Only problem is LLBean doesn't seem to print the gift note or sender info so the recipients had no idea who they were from (2 separate shipments).

We gave this as a gift to our daughter and she is loving everything about the tote! It can be used for trips to the office, or on any outing! Looks good, and very functional!

Love these totes! I have one in every size, each one a different color. The zippered top is great to have and when not using it, it folds flat away as if it isn't even there. These totes are top quality and long lasting. My oldest one is over 40 years old.

This tote exceeded all my expectations. I love how the material is thick, so it doesn't fall over. I also got the long straps, which are absolutely perfect! The zipper is so handy because I can take it on the boat without worrying that all my stuff will fall out. So obsessed with this bag!!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The quality is impeccable and it fits so much!

My new favorite tote! Such a simple, classic look and it is so spacious; I can fit everything I need for my workday, a picnic, a trip to the beach or some sort of day trip across the state. I love the zippered version because nothing spills out, and I'm a big fan of the longer straps so it fits comfortably over my shoulder. I find this way more sustainable than switching between 10 flimsy totes, and I know I'll have it forever.

On being surprised by a return to office I wanted a sturdy tote for lunch, etc., that could also be used elsewhere. The zipped medium with long handles sits perfectly on my rolling briefcase allowing me to hold the handles for both, and is a great size for tucking in lunch containers, etc. If it's not super filled, I also love that once zipped, you can rest items on top (related: because of how it's integrated, the zipper does not affect the opening at all). The perfect combo of soft and structured -- I'm ready to put it through the wringer for years to come.

Great bag for work or leisure activities. Sturdy!!

The quality is outstanding. I have the small in natural, added zipper and embroidery in natural as well. This tote is chic, classic and structured. I added a satin scarf on the outside for additional flare. I choose the short straps but I like it would work well with long straps also.maybe next purchase. I did not expect it to have as much space as it does. I cannot fill her up!

So glad that I purchased this for my travels. I have the large in olive with long handles; I don't think short handles would work. I also had the zipper added, it just makes sense. The embroidery is neatly done and it looks soo good and professional craftsmanship. The sturdiness and construction of this tote is supreme. I know I'll have this for decades. I plan on adding small embroidery of places I've been to the outer of the bag. I look forward to making travel memories with this one!

I've been buying these bags since middle school in the late 70s/early 80s and they've always exceeded any other brand's bags. I'm just glad they finally added a zip top years ago. I will always buy these bags above all other brands.
