Love the support and soft insole. I have a narrow heel so a bit loose in the back. Better than most shoes I have tried. Very comfortable.

The length felt true to size, but it felt a little narrow in the medium width. Cute shoe, but had to go back. I normally wear a 7 and ordered the 7C. Pretty sure it would not fit in the heel and end up being too long to go up a half size.

I ordered a wide and could not get it on so I was disappointed.

The heel was too wide for my foot, even wearing thick socks.

This shoe is beautiful but a half size to large for me. I think the nine will be fine when it is back in stock. Will my account be refunded. Please send return supplies

It was too large, slipped in the heel, and felt very stiff

Classic loafer style with Cole Haan quality, unfortunately overall very stiff and especially tight through the toe box. I tried my usual size and a 1/2 size up to no avail. I don’t have a wide foot, but it may just be designed too narrow for me.

I wish I could have loved this shoe; however, even though I ordered a wide width and my feet are that wide, they still felt tight. I ordered my normal size of 7.5 and the length was more like an 8. Aside from that the quality of the shoe is excellent especially for the sale price.

Would have loved to keep these shoes had the width fit even after ordering a wide width. My foot is not all that wide; however, these felt very tight and a half size larger than my normal 7.5. Aside from that, excellent quality shoe for the sale price if only if fit right.

These are SO cute and I wanted to love them, but the outer sides went up so high they dug into my ankle bones and were super painful after only a couple of steps. Had to return.

The leather was very firm and uncomfortable. I ordered the color noted on my order, but I received a completely different color combo different from my order

Very pretty shoe but tight in the toe box

I love this shoe and wish it fit. Way too wide!

They didn't seem to be long in length but my left foot felt like I had on a flip-flop because my heel came out of the shoe with every step. The color was a little lighter than pictured.

I own 3 pair of Cole Haan shoes & they are 8 1/2 and a bit large, so I ordered these loafers in an 8 thinking they would be a perfect fit. These shoes are stiff as boards & I could barely get my feet in them. These shoes are nothing like my other Cole Haan's that were comfy right out of the box.

These shoes are very well made but, run a full size too small especially, if you are going to wear socks. One of the shoes felt smaller in width than the other.

The fit was fine up to mid-foot and then was too long and narrow. It was not comfortable.

These were soooo close to perfect but I had to return them. The leather is gorgeous, and the way they’ve done stitching on the toe makes it almost look narrower and more feminine while still having width in the toe box. Unfortunately for me, I was in between sizes with one feeling a bit too snug and the next size up too loose and large, and I was getting some pressure on my mild bunions. I decided to return them, but because of the style and cushiness of them, I’d recommend others at least try them!

Very stiff leather. Didn’t attempt to break them it. I want shoes to be comfortable when I slip them on

A basic penny loafer but just not that comfortable, especially looking for good arch support.

These are not orthotic friendly.

The squeak when you walk. Otherwise I would have kept them. So sad.
