Every day wear and for running. Good cushion and very comfortable. I have a narrow foot. The knit version of wave rider was a little snugger when laced at arch for a narrow foot. The fabric appears to be more wear resistant than a couple earlier versions. I have had Wave Riders since about Wave Rider 9.

I have worn these shoes for years and find that Mizuno keeps up with modernizing them while still keeping them comfortable and great for running.

I've been using Mizuno shoes for a long time. I've never been disappointed with them. They are the most comfortable running shoes I've worn. I normally wear size 12 but get 12.5 from Mizuno.

Great heel drop for Achilles issues, wish I found it sooner.

Lightweight with sufficient cushioning makes for a great running shoe. Once I tried Mizuno, I'll never try another running shoe.

I've been using Mizuno for the 4/5 years of my running career. Since I switched I have not had a running related injury that has prevented me from training.

The fit is consistent from shoe to shoe. It provides wonderful support in my heel and toe box areas.

I do Orange Theory about 6 days a week and these have been great shoes for the treadmill. I've been wearing wave rider for about 15 years and have always found them to be comfortable and perform well. Will be ordering again.

Mizuno Wave Rider is my go to shoe for running. I have tried them all but the superior cushion and lower ride compared to other cushiony shoes make them a clear choice. They are a very forgiving shoe regardless of how smooth your gait is.
