great fit.

I've run in Mizuno Wave Riders on and off over the years and keep coming back to them after trying other shoes. They provide a good amount of support for long distance training, while not being bulky or heavy. The waveplate combined with cushioning provides good support and a quick transition.

I have ordered same shoe, same size for years. Hope to do so going forward as well. On my feet for 10 hours/day at work. These shoes work for me.

I have been using Mizuno running shoes (Wave riders) since 2004 - perfect for neutral balance (no pronation) and appropriate cushioning with a snug fit for my narrow feet but enough space at the front for the feet to not feel like they are in a shoe. Definitely recommend alternating shoes as the sole is a bit soft and needs recovery time - specially if you are running long distances. I size up by half a size - always have - and that gives my toes a small amount of space. Still hit the top and get blackened toes on the longest toe - not an issue with the shoe, but with how I hold my feet while running. The only downside over the past 20+ years of my use of these shoes is that I see they are getting less robust - even as my running has decreased from marathon training to just the occasional trot around the park.

The fit is slightly on the small side. Order half size up.

These shoes are great for me on my 4 mile walks each morning. I used to get foot pain and some numbness in my feet with other shoes. Now with the Mizuno's, I go 4 miles and I'm good to go for more.

These shoes have been incredibly supportive. They are gentle on my joints, and are useful in terms of going on long walks and runs. Good for indoor and outdoor use, too.

Comfortable shoe with the heel to toe drop,12mm that is needed. Quality materials and workmanship.

I've worn this shoe for almost a decade now. Switched from the Kayanos. It's a great all around shoe but works particularly well for a bigger runner like myself (6-1 200). I can put hundreds of miles on each pair.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable, and I wear them all day long. Only thing I need to change is to get shoe strings that are 6 inches shorter.

I love these shoes. I had the previous model and enjoyed them, but was annoyed with how long the laces were. I know it's a simple change, but it makes it more convenient to put on when I don't have to tuck laces in to keep them from getting stepped on. I love this shoe!

I have been training in Mizuno's since 2002 when I ran my 1st marathon. I've run in several models, but the Wave Rider is my 1st choice. It has plenty of structure and cushion, but is still light weight. I have a wide forefoot and the shape of the shoe fits me perfectly. I'm a 10.5, but wear 11s to ensure plenty of toe space.

It's great, extremely comfortable and reduces fatigue

I have a neutral gait and never got on with zero drop shoes. Wave Riders are generally my preferred shoe and the 28 is a great model with good traction for trails and gravel.
