Perfect cushioning and long lasting.

For me with on/off Achilles pain the higher heel drop of this shoe works wonders!!

Like the shoes but the tread does wear out quicker than expected

, , , because it continues to be a reliable, cushioned platform for this neutral runner. (It has changed over the years, but the changes are never noticeable.)

I've been a runner my whole life. I've tried every shoe out there. I keep coming back to the Wave Rider because it's the perfect balance of support and cushion. And each pair lasts about 350 miles, if not more. Which, isn't bad at all when you're talking about performance running shoes.

I've trained and raced in the Wave Rider. Never fails to impress and perform.

Great for harder striders

I get around 400-425 miles out of each pair. Fantastic shoes.
