I absolutely love Nine West heels, but the stitching on these heels unraveled within the first week of wearing them. I was very disappointed. I am on my feet all day and Nine West heels are so comfortable that I do not even think about my feet during a nine hour day. These are comfortable, but the stitching unraveling is extremely disheartening. I would suggest going with a different style or material.

What a huge disappointment! Loved the color and fit of these shoes when they first arrived. Wore them to work a couple of times, and marveled at how style was not compromised by comfort, and vice versa. By the third wearing, I was startled to note the lining on the inside had come away from the leather on the right shoe. Thinking it was an anomaly ("I'll take them to my shoe guy - he can fix anything..."), I wore them again. But it just got worse! In a matter of three weeks, and five wearings, the linings of both shoes had separated from the leather, creating this awful rough edge on the sides of each shoe. I am usually a huge fan of the Nine West brand for comfort, style, price and quality. This purchase has given me pause. I do not recommend this as a good buy!

These shoes have fallen apart. The inside of the shoe are all torn apart and the back are all scuffed up. I only wear them in the office and they look worn and terrible. Not a shoe that was just purchased. I would return them but I don't have the shoe box!

The first time i wore these shoes the inside material started to shred, and the second time I wore these shoes, the entire inside material was completely ripped. The show is comfortable, but the white inside layer is now gone and comes oustide the shoe. I have had many Nine West shoes, and these are the first ones that are such bad quality. I question if shoes sold cheaper on-line are in fact, the real Nine West shoes or are they made form a different manufacturer, and cheaply made. Very poor quality.

I ordered these in 'flax', the yellow leather - unfortunately these felt way smaller than any of the other pairs of Nine West shoes I ordered, plus the finish was awful. Some of the leather was a bit puckered and looked cheap. I actually thought I'd been sent 'factory seconds'. Disappointing, I can usually order anything in an 8.5 from Nine West and not have a problem. I'll keep looking for a pair of yellow leather pumps!

I am so disappointed in this shoe- it's great looking, super comfy and classy enough for work but sleek enough for an evening out. BUT- after a SINGLE day wearing them, the inner lining started sloughing off. Today is the 3rd time wearing them and I can actually see the liner now peaking out just above my toes. The inside of the shoe is completely falling apart. If this was a cheap shoe from Payless I wouldn't be so upset- but it isn't. This is a pricey shoe and it's apparently made like crap. Which is too bad since I love everything else about it. Wish I could send it back.

The shoe arrived and looked great at first. After a couple wears, the inside lining ripped and is now visible. I am no longer able to wear these shoes and am very displeased with the quality of them.

I was sadly disappointed. I loved the look and fit of the shoe. But after wearing them once, the leather on the heel started to rub off where I rest my foot on the carpet in the car. I cannot believe that real leather would wear like that on carpet.

These shoes in black are so beautiful to look at and such a great fit, but are made of extremely cheap material. I am wearing it right now for the 2nd time and noticed some fraying in the internal lining around the front; on looking closer I can see that most of the lining at the edges of my feet are worn off and I can actually see the patent fabric from within. Very disappointing to realize the they will not last much longer, but I will milk it for as long as it does.

I purchased the black patent, the shoe was stylish and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the inside of the shoe started falling apart within five minutes of wearing. I will be returning.

The lining of the shoe began to come apart the second time I wore them. Completely unwearable by the fourth time I put them on. Very disappointing.

Very comfortable, but the whole interior edge started falling apart within 10 times of wearing to the office. I had to cut the extra off and color with a sharpie just to get a few extra uses out of them. Disappointed in Nine West this time.

I have ordered these shoes twice and will need to send them back again. They have only been worn a handful of time and they are falling apart (again)! I will stick with my Manolos.

The first pair the heel snapped. Zappos replaced them free of charge and the back of the second pair keeps flipping while I walk. This happened with the first pair also. Needless to say they are now in the garbage brand new, but I could walk like a klutz all day. Also this is the second pair of Nine West heels that fitted this way.

I just received Nine West Flax in wine, and was very disappointed! I have several pairs in other colors so was really looking forward to these. On one shoe, there was white showing through on the seam on the upper part of the heel. I figured for this price I would overlook this and take it to the shoe repair to have them color over it. But, when I pulled the other shoe out of the box I saw what appeared to be glue smeared over the seam above the heel. Sadly they are going back.

I typically have a good experience with Nine West shoes; however, I had to send the first pair back because the size 6.5 I ordered was too big - I ended up with a size 6 which fit perfectly. The shoes looked great and were comfortable, but after just 2 weeks of wear, the inner lining of the shoe toward the toes, began ripping and tearing so that after 3 weeks of wear, I have a noticeable, worn out space on the inside lining of each shoe. Please note that I only wear these for work/indoors/corporate setting and have worn them 2 times / week at the most. I am disappointed with the quality (or lack there of) of this shoe, especially for the price of the shoe and would not recommend or purchase this shoe again.

I've never even seen a shoe so poorly made. I ordered these in "camel multi pony hair" and the hair was sticking straight out of all the seams. I've purchased nicer looking shoes from Target -- these are going straight back. (I'd leave 0 stars for overall and style if I could.)

Couldn't even squeeze my foot into them. I'm really getting tired of these manufacturers wasting my time with mis-sizing their shoes. Makes it a real pain to shop online for shoes even with the free shipping and returns.

I was extremely disappointed in this shoe. First of all, the material is very flimsy, and for a person who is very comfortable walking in heels all day long, these made me feel like I was wearing heels for the first time. Secondly, the lining of the shoe tore after only one day of wearing them. Finally, the fabric on the outside of the shoe is pealing. I would absolutely not recommend buying this shoe.

This was a terrible shoe! I wore these shoes to the office 2 times, and one of the shoes split at the inner seam. Had to throw them away after only 2 wears. Not worth it.
