The shoe looks great, but it's not the best fit. The width is a bit narrow, but the back tends to slip off when walking. I'm going to keep them, hoping that breaking them in will help.

Beautiful shoes, but too high for work (uncomfortable over time). Ok for a short date to dinner or a movie when you are mostly sitting down.

These shoes look really sexy and would go with a lot. However they felt about tight in the toe area and stiff all around. I did not want to take a chance that they would not break in so I returned them.

There's are a great shoe style-wise. Beautiful and comfortable, since it seems that Nine West put more cushioning in the sole than they normally do. I loved the looks of them so much I bought them in black and metallic navy. In all my years I've never had a heel snap on me but within a few hours of wearing both in ordinary conditions, the heels either snapped right off the base or started coming off the base. On further inspection it looks like the heel is held very minimally, with plastic like plugs rather than traditional nails. Zappos was great and exchanged them right away. I've worn the black ones out one evening to dinner with no problems so far. I'm hoping this is an issue related to maybe just the lot that my shoes came from as they're a beautiful shoe!

I've been wearing 9W heels in a size 8 forever with no problems. This one was extremely tight from ball of foot to toe. Yikes!

Zappos . . . LOVED the fast shipping; however, these suede shoes don't feel like real suede and they arrived with a very noticeable "dot" where the nape was worn down right on the top of the right shoe. Too bad! Cute shoes, but they looked damaged right out of the box

Beautiful color and finish, but the toe ison the pointier side. The size 5 was huge on me so I have to send it back.

I purchased both a black and brown pair of Nine West Flax because I was looking for a classy looking, moderately high, pointy toe shoe to wear to work. They are extremely comfortable, but after several wears, the stitching of the inside cream lining to the black leather near the toe cleavage area of my black pair came apart making the shoes unwearable as they became too big and wouldn't stay on. So far, I have not had this problem with the brown pair. It's a beautiful shoe no doubt, but be wary of this issue when making your decision.

Looks good on but highly uncomfortable. I have a regular foot and sometime buy narrow but I felt like my feet were squeezed in. Too bad I wore them and threw out the box. I would have returned them since I will never wear them again!

I bought these shoes based off of the reviews but I have to say that I was quite disappointed with the way it fits on me. I was in dire need of some black pumps that I could wear for professional events such as work, conferences, etc. I have rather small feet (usually a true 5) and I ordered these thinking they would be a perfect fit. Since I needed the shoes right when I received them I was unable to return them but I would not recommend these shoes for people that have smaller sized feet. My toes constantly feel pushed up towards the front of the shoes and I always have a gap between the back of the shoe and my heel. Maybe I just got a faulty product but if it doesn't fit the first time you wear it return it!

These shoes run large, I usually wear a 7½ or 7. I ordered a 7 and it is definitely about half a size too big. I need them for my sister's upcoming wedding so I am just going to put those sticky inserts in the heel to take up the extra space, hopefully that will help. They are definitely not great to walk in either. I thought after reading the reviews they would be pretty comfortable for heels but they seem to be some of the most uncomfortable heels that I have ever put on. I have not worn them out yet so hopefully I am just not used to them! They are definitely narrow in the toe but you need to expect that with pointed toes.

I actually did not like this shoe too much...I was expecting this to be the replacement for my favorite Nine West pump the "Barb", but I guess that Nine West no longer makes this shoe! The front was a bit too narrow and short for me, but overall it is a comfortable shoe and your basic black pump.

Tight toe box never seems to break in. I've worn these multiple times a week for a few months and still have pressure on my little pinkie toe and the ball of my toe. They look nice but are not nearly as comfortable as my last pair of NW pumps. Comfort: Walking about 1/4-1/2 mile is OK with handbag in hand. My feet hurt if I'm lugging a laptop with me on daily commutes and hiking to a gate at the airport. Livable, but not as comfortable as my last pair of Nine West pumps of the same height, but a different model. I think the toe box is just a bit too short to allow for a little needed wiggle room, even for my short toes. Note to NW - Please bring back the longer pointer toe.

This shoe looks great, perfect for work. I will note that the inner lining has completely come unattached. The overall quality is not great but okay at this price. To be fair I wear these to work almost daily and they did hold up 5 months. About to buy my second pair knowing they'll last a few months.

So I've had these shoes for 8 months now and it's time to retire them. The leather has worn completely away on the heel and I've built up some pretty intense calluses on the balls of my feet. I wear them for 8 hours a day at work. They are very pretty, but I'm disappointed they didn't last very long.

I really was hoping that these shoes would work. These are the most uncomfortable pair of Nine West pumps I have ever owned. They pinched my joint on my big toe. It gave me a blister. I think it is the inner seam at the edge that is the problem. They are really nice looking and would have been great with my uniform (I am a flight attendant). But I am throwing them out. :(

Narrow for me but I have wide bones at the base of my toes. Pretty shoe though - a little small but maybe not a whole half size.

A little small but Nine West shoes just don't work for my feet. Otherwise, it's a nice looking shoe.

I was sorely disappointed by these shoes! Usually Nine West can do little wrong, but I have to agree with another reviewer who claimed to like their "Barbe" style better. This shoe has a very narrow toe box, is stiff, and the sueded doesn't have a good nap to it. It's very flat and feels like a fake sueded shoe. Not good! These are so going back!

I have to say, I prefer the old Barbe style pointed flats better. The point on these is shorter and the outer edges rub a bit at first.

I ordered this shoe in a 6½ and 7. I love the look of the shoe but unfortunately the 6½ showed way too much toe cleavage. The 7 was not much better plus the gap in the back was way too big to be attractive. I do not think I have extra long toes. My other Nine West shoes show the tops of the toes, too. Maybe it is me, maybe it is the way the company cuts the shoe. The shoe is sexy and did not feel bad when I put it on, so if you do not have the toe cleavage problem, then this shoe could be for you.

My 8 year old like totally loves these shoes even though she had the heel like totally loose in a week or so, but she still wears them all the time.

The color is spot on, however, they look and feel cheap as the material is man made and quality isn’t what I expected.

It took me :30 to realize at try on that these were going back. They were matronly on and uncomfortable out of the box.

These were very stiff shoes. I'm not sure if they'd be easy to break in or not, as I only wore them two times to work in an office and the plastic covering the heel came off. They weren't nice enough for me to want to get them repaired so i threw them out after only 2 wears. Waste of money.
