I like the lower stack height and 5 mm drop and that the Cyclone-2 is a neutral shoe that also uses the Pebax midsole which I’m used to with the Sauconys. However when I put them on, they didn’t feel like a neutral shoe. They looked like they were pushing my foot inward on to the inside of my toes but I thought maybe it was just an optical effect due to the design. However, the firmer foam on the outside edge made me feel like my foot was over pronating and not striking naturally therefore this does not feel like a neutral shoe. I really wanted to like the shoe but cannot tolerate the foot pain it has started to cause.

I walk in my Topos. I love how light they are. The toe bed is nice, but they feel so long when I'm walking. They aren't too big, but one foot runs into the other all the time.

Returned these - they were a very pretty and attractive shoe but felt very unsteady - like wearing high heels.

I really wanted to like these. They are light as a feather, and have that nice wide toe box that I need. However, they are not for over-pronators! They made me feel like my feet would collapse inward with every step. Must return.

I have been wearing TOPO Cyclone's since 2020 and was excited about the update. Unfortunately, I feel like the toe box is no longer a natural toe box. My toes, especially my big toe, feels pressed on. I also don't love the extra rubber at the back. It just gets in the way. Wish I could still buy the previous version.

I loved them initially but they have gapping on the side of the ankle despite tightening the laces a lot. The sole feels extra comfortable at first but the bottom compresses quickly and doesn't feel as cushy. The sole also is not very durable and after a week looked very worn and gets tears and holes in it very easily. After 3 weeks they already look old

I have bunions, was wearing Hoka Bondi 9. Needing more toe box room, I was fitted for Atmos. the first three weeks they were great. I went up a 1/2 size from Bondi. But now they hurt. They have creased where the lace starts and hurt the end of my big toe. Not good. I have a wide front of foot and narrow heal.

I bought these mainly for work - I work in a busy medical office & am on my feet ALL day. These are very comfortable & offer great support. They have reduced the knee pain I was starting to have. However, within 3 months the fabric on the inside back of the heel ripped open & has continued to deepen & worsen since. At this price point I would have expected much better quality, especially since I don't even use mine for running or other aggressive physical activity. I won't recommend these or purchase again b/c of this. I have had shoes half this price that never developed this issue. Super disappointed as this was my first pair of TOPO shoes.

I was so hopeful after doing literally 15 hours of online research, that I had FINALLY found a shoe that had a low heel drop AND did not have a significant rocker. But, I was mistaken. This shoe not only has a noticeable rocker, it ALSO feels like you have nothing under your toes at all and like you are falling forward in an uncontrolled way. The heel is also heavy and, although the upper is thin, the material bends on top of the toes and hurts after only running a few steps across my living room. I really wish that the shoe companies would have left well-enough alone and kept a few options for those of us who: 1. do not want a rocker, 2. want less than 23mm in the heel and less than 20mm in the forefoot (and no more than 5mm drop) and 3. was flexible enough to nearly fold all the way up. I do not want to feel like I am falling into the run, my forward lean is good enough and I already land on my forefoot. If the designers at Topo read this, PLEASE consider killing the rocker in at least one low drop shoe and ditch that weird thing in the heel.

I have been a huge fan of Topos for running for about four or five years now. The quality of their shoes is fantastic and last much longer than my Altras. I would usually recommend them to anyone who would listen, but unfortunately these are the worst show I've ever ran in. The shoe is ridiculously light but lacks cushion and the materials are so cheap on the shoe that it was like running on pure concrete after only about 10-15 miles of use. So bummed about these shoes, especially at the price point.

I teach on a concrete floor all day, so I need a good pair of shoes. I also have wide feet and bunions so a wide toe box works best. While the toe box is wider than most, it is not roomy enough and the sole position - or shall I say the way in which your foot sits in the shoe is like nothing I have ever experienced - odd. Love the look!

Love Topos - my go too shoes for trail running and road running shoes. I loved the Cyclones until they literally began to come apart on me. They are fast, but they don't last. I got "maybe" 200 miles out of them, if that. If they are designed for the purpose of a marathon shoe they should be advertised as such. They are too expensive for the length of time you can actually run in them even if training for and running a marathon. Make them more durable and they would be awesome.

I was so excited to get these for my birthday. Which was not quite 3 months ago. When I initially tried them on they felt great but as the weeks wore on so did these shoes unfortunately. I work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week, so I need a shoe that can stand up to my workload. The shoe sales man said these were it. I've tried Brooks and Hokas neither stood up. Sadly these Topo shoes don't either. I got these September 20th 2024 and here it is December 12th 2024, they are falling apart already. The quality is just not there, the back of the heels are tearing apart and it feels like all the cushion has deflated. Unfortunate really for a 150 pair of shoes.

I have wearing a different style of Topos for years but wanted something with a little more sole for running in areas that have a lot of debris but didn't need something like a trail shoe. This is the most bizarrely fitting shoe I've ever seen. I have a narrow heel but even I don't feel like I have enough room. The arch seems to be placed way too far back and I find my foot caving around it, which is saying a lot for someone who underpronates. I thought I checked to see if this was a stability shoe because I avoid those, but that's how this feels. I only ran in this once (and a short run at that) and am now rehabbing an abductor hallucis injury.

I want to return them, I can't wear them. I've bought many Topos previously and these are the only ones that don't work. They make my feet pronate and you can't walk like that.

These shoes are expensive and literally fell apart around my daughter's feet in less than two months. She was at a running camp and had to duct tape them together to finish camp. I did contact Topo customer service and they honored the warranty, but claimed the shoes are only suitable for 200 miles. That is really an unacceptable amount of use for such an expensive item. If that was in the original description of the shoes, it went unnoticed by me. My daughter enjoyed how lightweight the Cyclones were, but the quality was simply not there.
