I've been buying these shorts from L.L.Bean for years. With a 6 inch inseam they sit right above my knee so they are great for running and hiking. They work as swim trunks too which is nice when your traveling.

I like everything about these swim shorts. I read a reply by "LLBean" that said to rinse after swimming in chlorine pools to promote color stability. Sorry, that's not the ticket. I rinse every time thoroughly, spin dry, and they still fade quickly. However, they are the most comfortable swim shorts since the company with the Polo Horse quit making swim trunks.

I live in a retirement community close to the swimming pool. I needed to replace my swim trunks with something with less material that would be quicker drying so I'm not still dripping after my swim when I return to my unit. These shorts fill the bill.

Great shorts for tennis. Length allows easy movement and pockets are large enough for a tennis ball. They hold up through years of use.

I own 5 pair of these and love them! They fit me perfectly because they are comfortable around the waist and the length is ideal for my short 5 ft 6" frame. The pockets are deep which is a plus. Highly recommend

my new favorite shorts. i've been wearing them to everything. they're extremely comfortable. i have other shorts with the mesh lining on the inside, but none are nearly as comfortable as these.
