How many months more till I receive them?

To say sevice is poor is an understatement at best. Will NEVER do business with you again. You've taken something simple and turned it into a headache.

I never received my shoes, I have emailed hey dude multiple times with no response. I am typically a HUGE fan of hey dude but this situation has given me a negative outlook on them and their customer service.

Im sure the shoes are awesome! I love hey dudes as they are the most comfortable sho s I have ever purchased! My poor review is not for shoes themselves but for the poor customer service. My order was lost in transit, I had to email multiple times before I received any response, then a reply that oh its out of stock. No phone number to call, no relies, the company used to ship is terrible with customer service as well. And to top it off the original order number when I went to check it bounced me to best buy website. Again shoes, the ones I currently have are amazing but the customer service is terrible!

My order was shipped but it was lost the next day and I emailed to customer service over 5 times and No one responded. But I finally go ahold of someone through the chat thing. Finally got my refund

Ordered and paid for on May 19, 2023. Still have not received.

Warehouse sent all white not all black and you have been out of these for mo ths. I waited until it was available and ordered. Now I wait untilmits a again and hope and pray they get it right!

This is the second pair of shoes I have had to send back. There is a rough spot under the tongue that literally rubbed the top of my foot RAW within about 10 minutes of wearing them. I am pretty much done with Hey Dude at this point.

I have a pair size 11 different color I received this pair and they were to small my toes scrunched up in the front they said size 11 but were about a 9. Had to give them to my 13 year old son and they barely fit him. Felt ripped off when I received them

Did not receive my shoes and haven't received return response from costumer services emails I have sent, I have sent 2.

They are too big and need to be returned!
