Ordered the black with white writing got all black shoe with black writing

They were supposed to come black with the white writing. I got one pair in the youth with the white writing, but the other two pair came with the black writing.

Both pair of men's shoes ran small. No shoe boxes shoes came in bag.

Ordered this shoe three times talk to customer service text to customer service several times the shoe is to be black with white lettering. It comes all black. The hey dude label is black plastic. They seem to think I've got the correct shoe even though I sent him pictures showing the shoe that I ordered in the shoe that I received still was never fixed. This doesn't rate the shoe, but it does talk about the way their customer service is.

On the website these shoes look like they we're bright fuchsia pink and they are more like a darker pinkish Plum color, I really didn't notice that it said plum when I bought them I just went by what they looked like in the photo color I was very disappointed and they were final sale so I can't even return them

The bottom is really shiny and that's hard to see on the internet and unfortunately for me the can't be returned

I've ordered several pairs of hey dudes over the years without any issues so I ordered my normal size. However this pair seems to be very tight around my toes especially on my right foot.

I don't like the color. The picture online looks brighter than in person.

The color was supposed to to be bright pink and it came in purple

These shoes are poor quality and Hey Dude has TERRIBLE customer service!

The shoes was suppose to be black but they smoke grey

I was really bummed that the shoes I got weren't the ones pictured that I ordered. I wanted the all black with the white "hey dude" patch on the tongue and heel! What I got was all black. I needed the shoes so kept them but am not satisfied!

I DID NOT LIKE THEM , I had to sell them on the side. Sadly

there shoes warranty is only good for 60 days. And will only cover if you the receipt. I got a pair of heydude shoes and the stitches are coming out. Because the shoes where a gift and I don't have a receipt. I am stuck with poor quality shoes and poor customer Service. Warning Do Not But!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They shipped me two different size shoes one size 7 one size 9. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and they refuse to write back or even reship me the correct ones

This show is actually a Bright fluorescent pink . When I say bright I mean bright .

Well since my order got lost and had to wait for more to come. Then get the shoes and my daughter doesn't like them.

Size 7 too wide.. I have two other pair and they perfectly

The shoe was very large. I usually wear a 7.5 shoe so I ordered an 8. Definitely needed a 7 not an 8.

Wrong size and sent two pairs of them. No response from customer service and really upset

Bright pink shoes showed up with a spot on them

Sad to say I never received them
