It's not my size I way to big

Not very comfortable had to return due to feet pain

Could not find the right size, was either too big or small. Love the comfort and style though.

Way too bright not like pictures on internet showed

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered black Hey Dude with White labeling. I got black Hey Dude with Black labeling.

I LOVE Hey Dudes! Unfortunately these are way too tight & I am unable to exchange or return. Do better, I love your shoes. Disappointed this time.

To big and wide on my feet

There is plastic on the tongue of the shoe that is very irritating on my foot, see images, even with socks on, it is impossible to wear these without it hurting the top of my foot. Also, these shoes are very tight, normally my Hey Dudes are wider and more comfortable, but not these.

They do not fit correctly. My feet hurt horribly after wearing. I tried to return. They are evidently not returnable. The customer service part of it is horrible.

I don't know what I was expecting, it does say electric pink.. but in person it's just kind of obnoxious for an adult. Brighter than the photo

These shoes came in and smell horrible. I will not be wearing these shoes, I can't get the smell to go away.

too small

I don't like these at all, this is my 3rd pair of these the others ones feel great these do not they are so tight on my feet I can't wear them

They were so ugly and cheap looking. What happened to the quality? Sent them back like a week ago. Still waiting for my refund.

returned! these shoes were supposed to have the writing in white on the heel and tongue of shoes. they did not, and were solid black.

Wrong size I need to return for credit

BEWARE buying this style online. It shows an all black hey dude with white logos, front and back. When you receive, logos are all black. Different size and style of font. Very different. Looks like knock-off brand. Cheap quality. Customer service is no help. They'll offer a refund/return. But not an exchange. They also say that they can't guarantee you get what is photoed from their website. They don't stand by their products. It's ridiculous. Offer no solution what-so-ever. I have 10 pairs of hey dudes. Turned my mom, step dad, sister, brother-in-law, and grandfather onto hey dudes a few years ago. Definitely won't be getting any more purchases from me or my family.

The right shoe is great the left shoe the elastic string is too tight so it cuts into the top of my foot and causes pain. It's uncomfortable and I don't wear them.
