I ended up on crutches for awhile and needed something that was not falling off one shoulder all the time. I also needed something that didn't read "college bag" for work. I love this bag. It's not huge like a backpack. It's perfect purse size. The materials look very polished. The straps convert so I can wear it as a cross body or backpack. I've gotten great use out of the included wallet, and I don't worry about fumbling it with my crutches because the wallet attaches to the bag. The handle at the top is a perfect feature as well. I went to vote and had 3 people ask me where I got it. It's very well made and I haven't had any trouble with the zippers. I'm so glad I found this bag.

Replaced my 10 year old baggalini backpack pack with a new one! So happy they still sell them. Perfect when wanting to carry something lighter, perfect for concerts and festivals. Big enough for a water bottle and all the essentials but lays flat and not too big when carrying a lighter load. Outside material looks great and is easy to keep clean.

Love this bag - still using a similar Baggallini from a few years ago, and couldn’t resist this color. The cheetah print is very subtle. Zip pocket on back is perfect for cell phone; iPhone 8 in an Otterbox case easily fits. The included wristlet has three slots for cards and also fit my phone easily. The sale price is one of the best I’ve found for this brand/style.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and couldn't resist using it early. I love this backpack purse! Pockets inside and outside are perfect and I love how easily the strap zips open and closed to transform it from a shoulder bag to a back pack. good amount of room in the bag for my wallet, lip gloss, checkbook, phone and small items for my kiddos! The color was true to the picture and the quality was true to baggallini standards! Love love love this backpack purse!!

This is my fourth backpack in this style. I have had a lime green one, a red one and a sort of orange/rust one. They are the BEST! When I saw it in black and in a special sale, I jumped at it. The wristlet is a nice bonus.

I needed a black backpack for everyday and came upon this unique black animal print. I already own the metro in beige, so i knew what to expect. This print is so pretty! Very subtle so it's fine with print tops or dresses. Same quality...I LOVE it. I do wish the outside zipper pocket was larger for the new phones. My old phone fit fine in my beige backpack...this one fits but it is tight and I have a small phone.

I own 4 different colors of the METRO backpack. I only use this slim stylish bag ever where I go. Love the phone zipper pouch (fits larger iPhones) is against your back! Zippered pocket for keys - I NEVER search for my keys. Even though it is small- I fit water bottle, date book, and lipsticks inside. I pair it with a small wallet bag (yeah baggallini) and I am SAFE in NYC. EVERYTHING AT MY FINGER TIPS! Happy Happy.

I love this particular purse/backpack. It fits my 5'4" frame well. The only thing I miss, as so many others have noted, is the group of pockets for cards etc... but I'm thankful for the rfid protection. Please keep making this backpack for many years, and in many different colors.

Just enough room for what. i needed! Lightweight & comfortable!

I like the size so much and how it sits flat against my back. All the benefits of a backpack without the bulk. Straps are comfortable on my shoulders. Have gotten a lot of compliments!

I really love this backpack's design, color and the feature which is convertible from backpack to sling bag. I will give this backpack 5 star, because I didn't have any problem using this bag for my recent trip, however, my friend who admired this backpack said it would have been nicer if this bag has an inch more room, inch taller, inch wider & deeper.

I previously had a similar bag but the zipper broke. I really appreciate the quality of baggalini bags and have owned several.

I just got my new backpack.. and love it! It arrived in good order, and quickly! The color is great, and I especially love the brightly colored inside! It fits everything I need to carry... it's absolutely perfect!

I'm now buying my second black baggallini backpack - after at least 5 years and many washing machine washings! I can't give it up!

This bag has been my go-to bag all summer! It's super cute and on trend but still very functional. I love how lightweight it is and that I don't have to worry about it getting wet. I also LOVE being able to go hands-free!

I love this purse-bag. It is a great size for every day. The pockets on the front and back are the right size for phone and passport. I used it during an outside-muddy bicycle ride. This bag cleaned up nicely without staining.

Love it but in a pocket was a small vial of some sort of pill, this must have been a return item

I was afraid it would be too small but It holds just the right amount - wallet, sunglasses, regular glasses, Kleenex, etc. Room for a regular size water bottle. Love the outside pockets to tuck in receipts; tickets for easy access. It opens wide to see the contecnts; things do not fall out because of the fabric on the sides. My only concern is that I don't always get the magnetic clasp to work on the first try. I'm not easy on my handbags and this material is very durable.
