I bought my bag about a year ago. I like it so much I tossed my other purses. My 19 year old daughter borrowed it one day and decided she wanted one too!

I bought it for day trips such as Busch Gardens & carnivals, etc. Best purchase I've made in a while. Love it!

I have a new appreciation for Baggalini bags! This metro backpack is lightweight but is able to hold all I carry and does not get heavy. Yay!

Love it! Reading the other reviews, I was afraid my Samsung Note Plus (Phone) wouldn't fit. But it does! I needed something small to carry my daily items, but not too small. Due to poor eye site, It was important to me when I unzipped the bag it was wide enough so I could see down inside the bag all the way to the bottom. And I can! Very Happy with my purchase.

I wanted a small backpack to replace carrying a purse during this pandemic. I don't have to worry putting it down on germ filled surfaces!

I bought this purse hoping to downsize. It's perfect. Everything fits nicely.

I'm scheduled for a Viking River Cruise in 2022 and was looking for a bag to hold a water bottle and the sound system we carry. It's roomy enough for both and other ephemera I'll be sure to want. Once back on the boat, I'll transfer my hidden wallet back into the backpack! Perfect!

Wavered back and forth on this purchase for months. Thinking the price was a bit high for a casual non-leather purse. I gave in because I found nothing else that fit my needs or anything cheaper to substitute. Bottom line is that it is worth every penny. It is super comfortable. All my times fit nicely. It's perfect.

The back I though was smaller than I thought but I was to wrong!!! It holds much more than you can imagine. Was out in a downpour, water repelled right off. Very comfortable and light weight! I bought a tote for my daughter, she is a nurse and works 16 plus hours a day so she packs all 3 meals and all her gear, she loves it

This is my third metro backpack in 7-8 years. It is my favorite style for moving through airports and those types of travel experiences where it's not necessary to stash a hat, jacket, or iPad. I feel in control of my belongings and can swing it from behind my back to one shoulder to access the contents with a single hand while making an in-airport purchase, for instance. I completely wore out my first metro and bought a second neutral-toned version. While that metro is still in good shape, this purple color caught my eye so now I have two bags to choose from! The only thing I would change is the strap material which is a bit stiff, unlike my original metro.

I bought this 6 months ago and just started wearing it a month ago. I like the small crossbody bags like the take two. But when we had to wear mask everywhere, I needed something a little bigger. You always think backpack means big enough to hold a lot. This triangular shape makes it harder to judge its size. This is the perfect size for a few things. I have several masks, sanitizer, lip balms, a small key card case, my phone, tissues, and earbuds. It has a great vertical pocket on the front and back. If you zip up the main compartment, the zippers hide behind the magnetic flap. It has several pockets inside as well. It's light weight, and hands free. These features, and the grape color make it a great summer bag for me.

The bag is great and the straps are adjustable, which is a terrific improvement over my previous Baggalini.

After reading some of the reviews on the size of this bag I was a bit skeptical about ordering but I did anyway and I am glad I did. I have a Samsung note 10+ and it fits in the front pocket a bit snug but I can zip the pocket. This is one of the first backpack bags that the straps stay on my shoulder and not slouch off. I am a tall woman so I do not have problems with the bag being to long for me, it fits very nicely. I was a bit disappointed that the sling style of the straps does not work for me but that is very minor. For me the interior is the right amount of space. I do not carry a lot in my purses other that my wallet and my phone a few other items. Cant say enough how I love this bag!!!!!

Just received my backpack and I'm very happy with it. I've never used one as a purse before so I need to get used it. I love the hands free!! Lots of pockets and plenty of room for a little more than just essentials. I also love that I can carry it as a sling bag, but I've had trouble keeping it up on my shoulder so far. Hopefully I can figure that out. Really nice looking bag. Would have preferred they use real leather for the straps etc...but the fake leather doesn't look bad at all.

This is my second metro backpack. I absolutely wore out the first one - not because of poor quality workmanship but because of sheer use. It has accompanied me on countless walks. What I like most is its small, compact size and the accessibility of the two outside pockets. I can grab my phone or my wallet without taking off the backpack. Although I use it for my daily hikes, its design is sophisticated enough for city life as well. This is my second generation romance with the world's best backpack!

This backpack is just perfect for me. Not too big, great looking, hold everything I need. The zippers are concealed under to top fastener. The color is gorgeous.

I love the versatility of this bag, as it provides multiple ways in which to use it. I love the versatility of this bag and the comfort that it provides when worn both as a backpack and as a crossbody bag. In reading other reviews, I noticed the comment that it sits low on the back. Being 5' 7", I found it to sit at a comfortable level, and the strap provide a sufficient range of adjustment. The bag is not huge, but it holds an average amount of essentials. I purchased the purple bag, and the color is just as pictured. It's beautiful.

I purchased this backpack, not thinking of the future events. I am so glad to have this back, when I walk into the grocery store I can carry by bag with ease and know that I don't have to put in in the cart.
