Jaw drop moment when I opened my new Baggallini. Where are the slots for cards?! In another little wallet that I have to pull out and open? And there aren't nearly enough slots. I'd say epic fail. In fact I do say it every time I open it up and have to push around for the inner wallet. I used to say to people that I'm your promo person out in the real world. Often sharing with friends & random people how perfect the (now former) design is. There are many things I like and value about the new bag, and will continue to use it, knowing it will last me a long, long time - as they always do, because Baggallinis are made to last. But I'm sad to say this may be my last. I NEED many more card slots, in the same old place, soon as I open the bag. Also, the magnetic closure seems not as firm. I'll certainly check back regularly to see whether my favorite setup is available. Right now I'm just kind of meh.

The purse had nice style but not good quality and was not anti-theft as advertised. Very easy, customer friendly return process.

This is my 3rd baggalini. I'm a real fan. But you've changed the design in a disapointing way: you've eliminated a lot of the credit card pouches (they saved me from having to use a walled making the backpack lighter). The size is larger too which I don't really need. Where do I put my loose change?

The purse was a disappointment overall. First, that the finish is not the shiny black I was expecting but a dull, mottled looking black that looked like it had been through the washing machine or something. The straps don't cinch up enough to fit my back. I'm 5'5' which is pretty average, but the purse hung too low on my back making it look and feel droopy. Lastly, while I love the idea of an attached change purse, there were not enough slips to hold my ID and other essentials, which necessitated an additional holder in the small change purse space. Not worth the price. It's going back.

I ordered this bag on highest recommendation from a trusted friend. She carries it everyday and absolutely loves it. I already owned a Dallas Convertible Sling Backpack and liked it a lot except the slick straps didn't stay in place on my back and the open pocket in front is handy but too open. I was hoping the Metro Backpack would be the fix for the Dallas issues. The Metro Backpack looks great, but it feels too small and the pointy top makes it so I have to open it more than I want to, in order to get my wallet in and out. The zippers feel too sticky. A slow zipper is good so the bag doesn't accidentally open but the slow zipper can be also annoyingly slow. I really wanted to love this bag, but honestly would have returned if I hadn't cut and tossed the tags. I may just go back to using the Dallas bag. The Dallas has the room I need, maybe I'll learn to live with the slicker material on the straps.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I have used baggalinis for years and am so disappointed to find that this model has no credit card slots and no cash slots, only two large inner pockets and no phone pocket either. Will search for the older models.

I have 5 Baggallini purses and I have enjoyed them for travel except for this backpack. After one year, the finish on the strap is peeling. Very disappointed.

Stiff and the straps are not adaptable for a small body. Looks ugly as a back pack. Doesn't convert well to a regular purse. Color is good

I so wanted to keep this backpack because it was perfect except the straps were too long. Even after adjusting them to the shortest position the backpack hung too far away from my body. I'm 5'4" so not exceptionally short. Seems to be a design flaw as this happened with the Memphis backpack too.

The straps don't adjust enough to make this comfortable in either of the 2 positions. Too short for cross body and too long for backpack.

Very disappointed in this purchase. I love to be hands-free so sling, backpacks, day packs and crossbodies are what I use most often. This claims to have great organization, but it does not really have it. The two interior slip pockets are too small for most anything, my S10+ in a very slim case squeezes in, but my work Note 9 does not. The front zipper pocket is oddly small at 6" tall, 5" across the top, 6" across the bottom (S10+ doesn't fit). The back zipper pocket is 5-3/4" tall, but 6.5" deep so my S10+ just fits. Overall, a very strange bag.

I was extremely disappointed in the size of this bag. Very nice looking but way to small. Could be a child's backpack. Also, my phone wouldn't fit in either zip outside compartment.

My daughter bought this backpack for me a few years ago, but without the wristlet. All the leather parts got sticky and then have flaked off. It is now totally unsightly. I wrote to Baggallini and they said the warranty is only good for one year so I'm out of luck.

I have been looking at all of the Baggallini bags and I'm wondering if there is a comfortable one to also carry my 63 dog inside.
