This is my 2nd Baggalini backpack and I'm disappointed in my new purchase. The new "faux leather" straps are stiff and cheap looking. They should have made them like they used to our of the same fabric as the backpack. The top magnet closure strap doesn't work. The magnet apparently has nothing to stick to and the top straps awkwardly just sticks up. Zippers are not as good of quality either. Also not as stylish as they used to be. Overall very disappointing.

It was a beautiful bag, but much smaller than I expected or needed. I tend to need a larger bag, especially in a backpack. I was sad to have to return it.

Pictures don't seem to show size well. Keeping because it's a present that I need right now. Nice looking

It's pretty! But I returned it. I could not make it sit right, and I do not have unusual proportions. The two modes made me think it could offer me a cross body option like the courier bags people wear in front, but sadly it was not to be... the hard bottom made it sit awkwardly away from the body.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I did a search on the baggalini site for backpack that 'fit tablet' and this one came up. Purchased on zappos for quick shipping. Love the look and quality of the bag, but iPad pro is not even close to a fit.

I love this purse its the right size I've been looking for the only problem is I can't wear it like a cross bag the straps are too short, so I wear it over the shoulder but it keeps falling down from my shoulder, I've decided to keep it and just hold it from the Handel

Nice bag, well made. I purchase Baggallini for the built in organizing pockets, the softness and light weight of the bag. This bag has it all but the straps are rigid to wear. The bag does have a small handle to on top for another carrying option. The sand color with brown trim is attractive.

I really don't like the new straps and the overall size is a just a little bit bigger than the older bag. Also, missing the credit card slots like it use to have which I found very handy. I will keep it, but I'm not as pleased.

I purchased the sand color, hoping I could convert the bag to the old sling style baggalini used to sell. Although the color was lovely and the bag functional, the sling option was a fail for this bag. I'm not a fan of backpacks and really miss the sling style. Unfortunately, I had to return this bag.

A very nice bag but it did not work for me. So I did return it.

This would make a fun and stylish backpack purse, but I was looking for more of a tote bag for all the stuff I don't want in my purse: jacket, water bottle, book, etc. My jacket alone filled this up. Good for a purse, though, as I say.

I feel like it is awkward to open and close for you have to use both hands to access it. I also like to carry a water bottle and one won't fit in this. The purple colors is great tho!

Just got my 2nd in this style. By far, the 1st was Best.
Why? It had a stronger magnet closure.
But more importantly, the gusset had the exterior material of the bag on it, not just the lining material (which gets caught in the zipper frequently)
The exterior fabric (silver) stains more than my previous olive green.

I like this bag very much. I also have a problem with the tab on top and the magnet sliding. I have to shake it to get the magnet to move down. It does not stay in place and stands straight up.

I use as regular day bag. I like that it can switch to back pack and over the shoulder bag easily. Bag was delivered in timely fashion. Really love it. One problem for me is the tab/flap over the top has a magnet that slides around and doesn't connect easily. Maybe it would have helped if they sewed magnet to stay put. Really love look and feel and design, but this tab thing is a bother. it just sticks straight up. Im always shaking the tab to get magnet to move down!

I was excited about this bag until I opened it and discovered the outer magnetic flap was so weak that it wouldn't catch on the opposing magnet and stay attached. I had to return the bag because that one poor design flaw was a deal breaker.

Love the backpack but the straps were plastic and not pliable.

The color was too bright. Didn't expect it to be such a grape color.

I really loved this backpack but had to return it. Unfortunately the metal clasp did not work and the straps were so long that there was no way I could wear it. Hit at my butt. If the strap issue ever gets fixed, I'd purchase again.

I have two baggallinis and they are the older design. I loved them! The magnet works, the straps are a great length, the top handle is the same nylon fabric as the backpack, and they are a bit larger than the new design. I'll come back to baggallini when the old design and size come back. The main large zipper could be more durable.

I've had the metro backpack in the past and have loved it. My new one, however does not have a good magnetic closure. It is difficult to close and seems to come undone, sad to say.

I liked so much about this bag, but couldn't adjust the straps as short as I wanted to feel comfortable. The bag sat far too low on my back. I am 5'4"...not that small of a person. Another 1.5-2 inches of adjustment would have been perfect. Had to return it.
