I am fair skinned and liked the color (not too dark and not too light). The footbed felt very comfortable. Two small areas rubbed my feet when trying them out at home despite adjusting the straps. It is only for this reason that i am returning.

They are quite pretty.

I've worn the slide on version of these for a while and I decided to get this version with the strap that goes around the back of the ankle so that I could walk in them all day in Japan (let's hope that works). I find these sandals very comfortable and have walked in the other ones a lot. One thing I notice on this is that one of the straps that goes along the top seems too large, but I am keeping the sandals anyway, because I don't think it will affect performance and I don't think others will notice it sticking/arching up a bit.

The sandals cut into my bunions. The foot bed made my feel very hot.

I just loved the look of these sandals. Unfortunately, the straps didn't lay well on the top of my foot. The strap around the ankle was really too short to make a snug fit. The rest of the sandal was great - I have two other pair of Taos and they both fit nicely. I will return this pair and get another style of Taos that I know fits well.

I needed sandals that fit my bunion, wide feet, and were moderately supportive for summer, which could also be worn while doing a good deal of city walking. These feel and look great.

True to size, material is soft. Adjustable straps.

They were the correct size, but the footbed rubbed my 4th toe on 1 foot (which was injured years ago and has rolled partly sideways); I need a more cushioned footbed. Taos normally has a harder footbed, but this style looked somewhat more cushioned so I decided to try it. I was disappointed that it was so uncomfortable.

Liked the color (blue). They felt very comfortable from the moment I tried them on. I wish they had the ability to adjust the back strap to more customize the fit, and that the ankle strap was a bit longer to help secure the ankle. But, they are keepers and I look wearing them thru the summer!

The Taos Big Time sandals are comfortable, but not as comfortable some of the other Taos styles for my foot. I ordered several styles and have tried each for fit. My right heel is narrow, and the Big Time leaves a gap at the strap going around my heel.

This sandal fit well. I ordered 2 Taos brand sandals and kept the other one because when I put it on it felt like someone was massaging my foot. This leather was a little stiffer.

I want to keep these sandals so bad! I took a chance, despite the reviews that said the straps were not right. My feet aren't extremely wide, but the top strap barely reaches the velcro on the other side. This causes the 2nd strap to not fit correctly, and it raises up on my foot, leaving a gap. Both shoes do this. Taos needs to re-work those straps and they'd be fabulous sandals!

Very well made and butter soft. Yet the velcro on the top strap just doesnt seem to have a good grip from try on and it is not too short. I would love these to have a fixed buckle. Need to return.

The shoes didn’t really fit properly. They weren’t available in a half size which would’ve been helpful and I thought that the wide width was a little too wide.

The shoe was smaller than the "true to size". I have high arches, so the velcro strap that goes over the foot to hold the shoe in place is too short and pops off when I walk. I really wanted to like this shoe, but I am sending it back . Taos, please don't be so cheap on your strap length!

Ankle strap would not fasten. It needed to be another inch longer. Slim ankles only. Never had this before!

These were really cute and would have been a great go with anything sandal but the fit was really off for me. I need the wide footbed (which seemed just right) but the front strap was too big and couldn’t adjust tight enough. Meanwhile, the strap at the ankle was way too small and tight. Sadly, I had to return.

The straps just did not fasten well and was not very comfortable

They fit pretty well, but once I adjusted the straps to my foot shape, it was tight. Now, not tight like it hurt, but tight. So after walking around in the house for 1/2 hr they weren't really comfy; felt good to take them off.

I ordered the wide because I have need a wide toe box, but unfortunately the wide version of this shoe was really designed for someone with a very hefty ankle and the rear straps were way too loose.

I really wanted these shoes to work, but the 11W is too big and the 10W is too small. A 10.5W would probably be perfect. Manufacturers seem to think once you are in larger sizes, you no longer need half sizes. Ultimately the price point is too high to compromise on the fit and therefore comfort. I’m returning all the sizes I tried.

Although the food bed felt great in these sandals, the straps just were not long enough to cover the Velcro very well at all, especially the one that goes around the ankle. I loved them and hated to have to send them back but unfortunately, had to do that.
