These are my second pair of Taos and I love them. Comfortable straight out of the box! I was looking for a pair of comfortable black sandals for work/casual and these fit the bill perfectly.

These shoes are perfect for me! Great arch and cute style.

I was looking for some dark navy blue sandals and was happy to find Taos finally had some! (Most of their blue shoes are denim blue, not true navy!) I have several pairs of The Show and Trophy 2 in other colors, which I love. However, this style feels great too! It offers a bit more coverage of those darned bunions and still provides great support. Glad to have discovered this style. I would highly recommend this pair.

I love these sandals as far as support, adjustability (for a size 10 N) with the straps, and look. I pretty much tried all of the Taos sandals, and wanted all the colors. The reason they all got returned was the placement of the front strap is just slightly too far forward, causing it to rub my toes when I’m walking. They are great for standing around. In fact the one pair I kept, I wore for the first time to a party, and was on my feet for a couple of hours. Normally, that causes me foot pain, but I didn’t think about my feet once. The problem came when I tried walking around town in them. They probably work fine for someone with a smaller foot and/or shorter toes.

I've been looking for a comfortable black sandal that I could wear at night with a bit dressier clothes. This is the only one that has worked. I will check out Taos again in the future.

The sandal fit well right out of the box. I do think if it stretches much it will become a sloppy sandal. THe velcro fasteners are a little short so I may not be able to tighten them very much more.

Loved this sandal except for the color. The cranberry looked too brown, not enough of a red or burgundy tint.

The fit and size was fine but the Velcro was a little too short as some have already mentioned. I would have liked to make these a little tighter in places. The older Taos shoes had longer and more versatile Velcro.

So comfy. It fits like a glove. Soft leather and comfortable soles. Lightweight. Overall, very nice sandals that you can wear all day. Color is very neutral so it goes with many outfits. Worth the price.

Advertised as navy, but it is a faded navy color instead.

Typical Taos fit. Comfy for summer. Easy to wear.

I had been looking for comfortable black leather sandals for MONTHS! I've tried several brands, but always ended up returning them because they weren't comfortable and didn't fit well. These Taos sandals were my last hope. I am so happy that I finally found a brand that fit perfectly and were comfortable straight out of box. I especially like the feature where your toes sits back about a half an inch from the front of the sandal so I don't have to worry about stubbing my toe. The footbed is soft and very comfortable, and the Velcro straps on the front and side create a perfect fit. I am now a die hard Taos fan!

These sandals are infinitely adjustable making them super comfortable to wear. They fit true to size and the footbed is supportive, requiring no break-in time at all. I’m on my feet all day at work working on a college campus and these sandals have been a godsend this summer. Would definitely recommend.

Since I have narrow feet and high arches, it is very difficult to find shoes that fit, feel comfortable and look stylish. These sandals fit all three of these criteria! The leather is smooth and soft, the width is highly adjustable in several places (due to the Velcro closures, and the sandals look very nice on my feet! The sandals also provide good support when I’m out walking. Although a little pricey, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a nice pair of stylish sandals that are well made!

Cloud like footwear. No break in required. Super happy with these sandals!

This shoe was 1/4” shorter than my other Taos sandals in the same size. I am returning them because the 7 is too small. I tried the 8 thinking this sandal may run small and the 8 was 3/4” larger than the 7. My foot measures between a 6.5 and 7.

Though I like these sandals quite a bit, the sole is a bit thin and not as supportive as I had hoped. After wearing them to a barbecue for an evening (lots of standing around on the deck), my feet felt sore from the lack of support. I also noticed every bump and lump in the lawn and crossing the gravel driveway. They’re fine for shorter/less standing occasions and trips through the grocery store.

I am fair skinned and liked the color (not too dark and not too light). The footbed felt very comfortable. Two small areas rubbed my feet when trying them out at home despite adjusting the straps. It is only for this reason that i am returning.

They are quite pretty.

I've worn the slide on version of these for a while and I decided to get this version with the strap that goes around the back of the ankle so that I could walk in them all day in Japan (let's hope that works). I find these sandals very comfortable and have walked in the other ones a lot. One thing I notice on this is that one of the straps that goes along the top seems too large, but I am keeping the sandals anyway, because I don't think it will affect performance and I don't think others will notice it sticking/arching up a bit.

Didn’t fit my high instep well.

The sandals cut into my bunions. The foot bed made my feel very hot.

I just loved the look of these sandals. Unfortunately, the straps didn't lay well on the top of my foot. The strap around the ankle was really too short to make a snug fit. The rest of the sandal was great - I have two other pair of Taos and they both fit nicely. I will return this pair and get another style of Taos that I know fits well.
