I bought this shoe to wear to work and I just love it! It's a very comfortable shoe. I work 12 hour shifts and they are just as comfortable at the end of my shift as they were in the beginning. I couldn't be more pleased and have gotten several comments on them. Great shoeI will definitely buy them again!

These shoes demonstrate superior shock in each successive stride absorption levels... they persevere with ease navigating with a carriage around the older lumpy gravel residential roads of our neighborhoods here down South... Very pleased... with high hopes they remain as durable as they are immeasurably comfortable... :0)

I just got these sneakers, so can't speak of the durability. But I like the way they look and feel very comfortable and supportive.

I bought 1 pair and loved them so much that I bought a 2nd pair in another color. They give great arch support and were comfortable right out of the box. Worth the money, especially if they're on sale.

Love them! Lightweight, comfortable, stable footbed. The Ladies in my exercise class mostly have Hokas. These are probably right up there with comfort & use. Best of all, i bought them on sale so probably paid 1/2 of the Hoka price.

This sneaker offers support, comfort and good looks. I ordered this shoe for walking and it is perfect! Ordered a half size larger than what I usually wear provided the just right fit. The Dirigo sneaker is a shoe that I confidently recommend.

I love these shoes, my new go-to shoes to wesr with jeans. Comfortable to wear all day. One foot is a half size larger so I had to order a half size larger than that foot but both fit perfectly.

I did as suggested and ordered 1/2 size up - the fit is perfect! Great cushioning and arch support! Width is roomy enough for winter socks but not too roomy. Easy to lace up and laces stay tied. Perfect shoes for me!

This is my second pair of dirge sneakers - one pair for outside walking the dog and one for inside.

Bought this sneaker to use as a walker, first time out I did 6 Miles at a park, no issue.

After reading the glowing reviews on the markdown email I decided to purchase these in blue. I am so glad I did. They are comfortable and the blue goes well with blue jeans. The laces and tongue pull make it easy to adjust to accommodate the bunion on one foot and the boney knot on my high instep of the other. I think I will get another pair with Bean Bucks. I wondered about the name and found out while reding the write up of the Maine Throw that Dirigo is the Maine state motto and it means "I lead"

I have a LOT of trouble finding comfortable shoes. These are not just comfortable (bought a size 11 - shoe size ranges from 10 to 11 at the whim of the maker) - they are also GORGEOUS! Maybe it's the Fauve in me - but the deep turquoise with black trim is perfect. (I also purchased the Mineral Red which had something wrong in the upper contruction. I am returning them)

Great cushion and support for an all day sneaker. Perfect for walking, casual wear.

I have an injury to my left foot that severely constrains the kinds of shoes that I can wear for any amount of walking or hiking. I decided to experiment with these when they were on the daily markdown and I am back to report that they have been a very successful (and less expensive!) replacement for Hoka Bondi and Gaviota models. Specifically I need shoes with a very soft footbed that do not allow a lot of toe bending (i.e., need a stiff sole). These worked for me. No blister problems as reported by others but of course that will be a function of the combination of your foot shape and the shoe shape. (I did size up by a half size as recommended.)

Comfortable fit. Footbed and sole is somewhat spongy, and well made. Very attractive shoe. For me, the shoe is better for short periods of wear, rather than all day.

These shoes are so comfortable, like walking on air! Very well made. And the arch support is great! And 5 Stars for Customer Support!
