I ordered 1/2 size up, glad I did. And I normally need wide and it gives me plenty of room with midweight socks. Warm.

This is my third pair of winter walkers. I am a walker all winter. This is the first pair that I got blisters from wearing my first time out. I'm not sure what caused it as I used the same socks as always.

These boots not only fit well, but they are light and comfortable to wear. I also like the way they lace up.

These boots are perfect for walking the dog in snowy Minnesota. Great traction and comfortable. I had to order a size up from my previous pair as they seemed to run smaller and narrow.

Have been getting a new pair every year they're FANTASTIC! LL BEAN did improve them this year, laces are now flat, not round, which is great as they don't come unraveled. Also, the new sole is much grippier then previous models, which was a chief complaint. I still loved them then, just more so now, as they are SUPER warm! And waterproof! They are a bit of a snug fit at first, so if you're going to be wearing them constantly with extra thick socks, may want to order up a half size...OR have a second pair half size up. No more cold feet in the cold snow no excuses anymore get outside and walk!!

After a decade of use of my old snow sneakers which I loved, my old spreading feet made them no longer as comfortable as they once were. I gave them to a friend, who loves them, and bought myself a larger/wider size. Great product.

EXCELLENT boots, easy on/off, very comfortable, and NO slipping on icy surfaces. Snow sneakers are not very high for our big snowstorms, but I bought gaiters to handle those. I usually wear size 9W in walking shoes and the size 9 boots fit very well. I really love these boots!

The boots are very warm. Theyre comfortable too. Im looking forward to wearing them when it snows.

I purchased these after returning a recent order of the Women's Snow Sneakers 4 with Arctic Grip, Mid Lace-Up. I tried to break the Arctic Grip sneakers in for two weeks of short walks (2 - 3 Miles) they were uncomfortable from the start, and although reviews said they were stiff and uncomfortable around the top, I thought people were just tying them too tightly. After 2 weeks of short walks I went for my normal 8 mile walk, and by mile 4 I was loosening the laces to the point they weren't even tied at the top. They still pinched so much that I was in pain for the 2nd half of my walk. When I received these new sneakers, I could tell just by the cushioning around the top they would be more comfortable. I wore them on a 2 mile walk with my dog, and they felt so good, I went for a 9 mile power walk right after, and had a great walk! They never pinched, chaffed, or caused any discomfort. They were warm, cozy and extremely comfortable, which is of utmost importance to me. The Arctic Grip was more sneaker than I needed. I am not walking in icy conditions, but at times, I am walking in extreme cold, other times wet and slushy. I just wanted a warm, comfortable, waterproof sneaker for those conditions, and these sneakers are just what I needed.

first off i will say these are super cute. i found them to be very weird size wise. the 7s were too small, the 7.5 size found my toes right up to the very edge of the toe and the 8s? my foot was swimming even with thick socks and with the laces pulled and tied as tight as possible.needless to say i was very disappointed. i have other L.L. Bean shoes and boots and find the sizing to be very consistent. i think it did not help that the store (Victor) did not the high top lace up style to try on and i had to try on the pull on style and order the high top lace ups. sadly i had to return them. i would still recommend them because they are all made and very cute and seemed like,they would be toasty warm.

I love these boots. They fit very well and true to size. The soles have great tread on them. Very happy with my purchase!

Third snow sneaker I have purchased. I walk my dog about 4 miles a day in all kind of weather. Works great in snow and cold weather. It is not exactly 100% waterproof. My feet got a little damp walking in snow but they stayed warm. With the price of the shoe, I would have expected better shoelaces. Kind of flimsy. I wear a size 8 and they fit just fine. A little stiff in the beginning but I love this "sneaker"

Comfortable and warm walking boot. Nice that it's got a heel loop. Have been walking on icy pavement and through slushy snow, and traction has been very good. I would change the lacing loops (fabric) to metal hooks for easier adjustment of laces.

I unfortunately had to return these because they did not seem to be as wide as my old pair of Snow Sneakers. Granted shoes in general seem to be narrower but between the width and the fact that the top of the one shoe had gotten folded over in the box and permanently had a crease that at times pushed in on my ankle I just couldn't keep them. I am thinking of perhaps trying a men's wide, which I've had to do before to see if that helps.

Love my snow sneakers! This is the second pair I've bought. I'm still wearing the first pair but have retired them to barn wear only, so I needed a new pair for walking and wearing around. I can't remember when I bought that first pair but it's a least 5 years ago and they're just as comfortable now as when I first bought them.

These snow sneakers are great in snow and on ice. In addition, to being waterproof, they are warm.

Saw these in the catalogue and went in-store to try on. I wore thin merino socks, the same when wearing ski boots for a smooth transition. I also brought orthotic supports. The boots are light weight, the insoles removable and there is no arch support. I bought size 9 and layered my orthotics on top of the insole for a better fit. No need to wear thick socks as the fit was perfect. However, while walking I felt pain on my right shin, tried again a few days later only to feel the same pain. They are being returned. I must say, these boots kept my feet warm & dry in minus 17 here in MI during a 4 mile trek. I really REALLY wish they would have worked out.

Best boots I have ever owned. You will not be disappointed. Super warm comfie great grip on snow. You can not go wrong these are just awesome.

Great looking snow sneaker! They are warm and comfortable. I walk 4 to 6 miles outside, usually in the snow/ice. These boots have proven themselves 100%, they seem to grip very well. I receive a lot of compliments on the look and color. I purchased the black with blue trim boot. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have struggled to find shoes that keep my feet warm and dry and also allow me to walk my dogs 5+ miles per day. These snow sneakers are perfect. With the distances I walk, the wrong shoes end up hurting my knees, but I can do the distance without any pain in these shoes. Love them

Size: I normally wear a size 9 however, my running shoes are a 9.5. I ordered the 9.5 and am very pleased with the fit. No break in time. I use them to walk my dog and when it is cold outside. My feet stay warm. Worth the $$.

Id been looking for winter sneakers that didnt have an open weave top, which is too cold for my feet. These fit the bill, and I was excited to get them. The right sneaker fit comfortably, but the left one was too tight and painful in the toe box no matter how loosely I tied it. Theyre really nice looking, though too stiff and heavy to be called sneakers. I returned them because of the poor fit of the left shoe.
