I returned this shoe as the fit was not good on my feet.

Not an immediate, comfy fit. Requires break-in time. I will be walking in them 2-3 miles/day. I'm hoping for the best.

I purchased these shoes in black. The stitching around the ties and top of shoe is white and is not stitched properly. The white on the black shoes shows up really well.

Size varies from what I usually wear. About a half a size.

These have a nice appearance, but they are heavier than I thought they would be (I read the "mesh" and didn't pay enough attention to the "suede"!). Consequently, they seem sort of "clunky.
They are very comfortable, though. So I'd say okay for colder weather.

I was looking for a gray walker that came in W width. This one is a good color. I find the shoe to be a little stiff and I tend to catch the toes on the carpet. Perhaps this will improve over time.

I double-checked that I hadn't ordered a wide. These shoes seem quite wide and almost look orthopedic. I was also disappointed by the support inside. By some of the other reviews, I was expecting a much better support inside. I will give these a try, but most likely will return them.

I like these sneakers but they feel and look a little boxy at the front. They are wider near the front than they need to be. They look and feel slightly clunky. They are comfortable, but not as stylish as I'd like. They feel sturdy. They are not as breathable as a mesh sneaker, but that could be an advantage in the winter when outside. So, I have good and negative feelings about them. I do wear them around the house all day, My feet get overheated. Probably will try something different next time. I use orthotics.

I ordered these because I thought they were really good-looking shoes, and because they were suede, they would be good to wear in the cooler weather. However, I don't think any reviews mentioned this, but these ran very big. I had to double-check that I had ordered the right size, because I couldn't believe I was so wrong. I am returning them.

Not a huge fan of the white sole. I've been looking for years for a wide width, and I've always trusted LLBean. Unfortunately, these shoes did have a width, but with yhe season having to wear heavier socks, they only made an average grade for me.

Very nice sneaker, however, too heavy on my foot. I returned them.

These shoes are fine for my purposes - daily walks in warmer weather, gardening. However, they are too stiff all over - both upper and sole. But maybe that will improve as I wear them longer. Definitely worth what I spent, since I used some Bean Bucks!

The shoe is large overall, but the placement of the arch support is short

The shoes look good and are comfortable, but the ink from the LLBean logo on the foam insole comes off and stains my socks. My gray socks have bluish stains on them. Will all my socks get stained?

I wear a 6.5, and the front of my feet skew wide. I bought these in a 6.5 medium, hoping they would fit, but they didn't - for reasons I would never have predicted. First, they were actually a little loose on me, which was a shock! But also, the design threw my feet forward into the toes of the shoes, making the back rub and giving me knee pain. Also, the back of the shoe came too high on me, making them overall uncomfortable. They are cute shoes and look like they would hold up like small tanks, but just didn't work on me.

Disappointed to find the interior padding around the heal is no longer in the shoe. Finding my heal slipping and chafing my heal.

I gave them only 2 stars because they were heavy, clunking and made my feet look like I had a mans shoes on. The material was very stiff. I'm sure they were sturdy and if i was extremely heavy they would give great support but not a very attractive shoe.

I bought these for a trip outside the country that involved a lot of walking. We had a bit of rain and as soon as my foot hit the wet steps I went flying. There is NO traction on the bottom of this shoe- it was like stepping on a wet patch of black ice. I broke my shoulder in two places and had to miss the rest of my trip.
The shoes are comfortable but I won't be wearing them again. Also, like others, I had to buy a full size up from my normal size.

The even slightly upturned toe of this shoe I find very uncomfortable. It's also unnatural because it holds the toes in that position, thus interfering with the natural mechanical action of the foot when one walks. It is therefore biomechanically harmful to the walker and can cause problems all the way up the body.

I purchased a wide width because I have another pair of llbean shoes which are wide and they fit me. The fitness walker was too narrow and so I returned it.

Although these shoes were comfortable at first, I soon found that they didn't offer the support that I needed. I tried adding orthopedic insoles, which helped a little. I have torn my plantar fascia in the past and good arch support is imperative for me. I
also found that the side to side stability is very poor. I frequently find my foot slipping sideways to the point of almost to twisting my ankle. I have had these since May and they are already starting to come apart.

The shoe is heavy and the arch isn't in the right place. Thought initially it would be great, but not so much.

Ordered this shoe, but sized up to a 10 medium from my usual 9 sometimes narrow, sometimes medium. Really liked the burgundy/tan version, and when it arrived, the colors and over all style were just want I'd wanted. But the size? What a disaster--my feet are long and I have a high arch, but even with medium weight socks on, I had a hard time getting them on, my toes were scrunched up against the end and the width was also quite snug. So much for a size 10. The shoe also slipped slightly on my left heel. So, when I tried them around the house, it was almost painful. The arch support was OK, but everything else wasn't, unfortunately. Thought about ordering the 11 after all of this, but when I went to look on-line, the 11 was sold out. So, returned them, and will hope for better luck the next time.

I really wanted to like this shoe but there is so little support under the toes that it feels like I'm falling off a cliff every time I take a step. I think the design is meant to help propel you forward but it's a little too much for me.
