Didn't feel like wide width. Zappos sent me a used pair. Returned

Received used shoes with stains on them

One foot was too small. The left one, which is my smaller foot. I ordered a new pair, same size and they are perfect.

The shoes are very heavy and wide.

I was disappointed with the fit. It ran small so therefore I couldn’t appreciate any of the comfort features. I had tried on the same numerical model in a store and loved it. The one delivered did not seem to be the same model. Sry, I had to return.

I was sent the wrong size. I measured it against all my other 13 W - It is like 1 1/2 inches shorter

Color is much brighter and more saturated than shown in the photos.
