Was at least a full size too small so I had to return. I'm normally an asics fan. These felt clunky and heavy. I've never likes New Balance, but since Asics stopped making my size (Women's 13 narrow) I have felt compelled to branch out. Unfortunately, this was not the shoe for me, and the shoe does not come a full size larger.

Very little cushion in this shoe. I am trying to replace some older Fresh Foams and will try a different model.

Lightweight and seemed like a good fit. However, my toe was right at the tip of the shoe and would likely be uncomfortable when walking. Will look for 1/2 size larger.

The color is intensely blue, almost blindingly so. If, like me, you thought based on the photo that these sneakers might be purple/periwinkle, you're wrong. Didn't even bother to try them on, so can't comment on anything else. Not only is the color not remotely what I expected, it's also way too bright and just unattractive.

Liked the sneaker it just doesn’t feel like a wide very tight at that side of the shoe

I’m confused. I have the exact name and number of this shoe in another color. It fits fine. This one is noticeably larger. Too large. I’m not sure which one is mis- sized but sadly these need to be returned.

The heel was too high on ankle.

This was too wide, I really need a narrow fit.

Light weight

I had to return these because the back of the shoe that extends above the heel was way too tall and rubbed uncomfortably against the tendon. The rest of the fit and style were great. But walking in these for the very few minutes of testing them in the house caused a lot of discomfort at the back of the ankle.

V12 was more comfortable.

The fresh foam was too soft for my body and hurt my knees, too much bounce. Narrow front tilted my body forward when walking.

Loved the look of this New Balance. That said, I ordered my regular size and my big toe was right up against the front of the shoe. That's a big 'no'.

The cushioned support was great. The shoe seemed a bit short and seemed narrow.

It is one size smaller.

I ordered this in wide and it is still supper narrow. ALso very short no room for big tow

Size is ok, but insole cushion very hard & uncomfortable. ? Not wonderful like my 1080s.

I returned this item because my heal was coming out of the shoe

I was disappointed because I really like this model sneaker; but, unfortunately, this particular shoe's width is smaller than the first 880 sneaker I bought several years ago. Thank you for taking this return request.

I've never had this problem before with New Balance. Comparing these shoes with my previous shoes, the length was at least a full size smalller. Also you delivered a Wide pair of shoes and I ordered Extra Wide (not that it mattered due to the length).

I have worn New Balance running shoes for years. I wore the 1260 (fabulous) and then the 840 (also pretty great) and for the life of me, can't figure what happened to this brand. This shoe looks fine but is lacking the arch support and overall stability I need. The upper is flimsy as is with so many shoes these days and just doesn't lock my foot down. It also runs short.

very narrow in the toebox and narrow all around. I'll be looking for more v10's. They felt a full size smaller and the medium felt like a narrow and my toes were squashed.

The New Balance EE width shoes used to be roomy enough but it seems as though they've narrowed in the last few years in the name of manufacturing cost saving. The EE width is not appreciably wider than the W of most shoes and it used to be.

The fit was good. I ordered wide and it was good for my wide feet. However, a warning, fresh foam shoes are sooo hot and make my feet burn and sweat. If you are buying these to run outside in a warm place, be warned.

Apparently extra wide is NOT as wide as the New balance size that I wear. Extra wide is only 2E and I wear New Balance 13 4E. When describing sizes, Zappos should take care to include New Balance size description in its nomenclatures. nomenclatures
