We returned the jacket because it was too small. How can we make an exchange?

The sizing is way way off. I ordered petit medium which I have before with LL Bean jackets and it was way to small in the shoulders, in the width of the arm sleeves which were so tight and in the chest measurement! This is not LL Bean quality. I was stunned and returned the jacket.

Jacket was not as pictured as it seemed to be trim and straight. It had wide sleeves and bottom and did not fit well

Was looking for a lightweight jacket. The fit was fine but nothing about this jacket was cozy. The material all seemed slippery. Pockets were nice size but the hardware looked very cheap. Decided to return.

I returned the jacket because the sleeves were too long, the collar too high, and the color a much drabber blue than depicted.

I was really disappointed, this jacket was so flimsy and cheap feeling. The quality of items from this company has seriously gone down hill, while the prices keep going up, up, up. I obviously returned and shopped somewhere else, from another brand with much sturdier quality in their apparel.

The jacket is lighter and not as warm as I hoped. The shade of black is not what I pictured.
