I like this shirt; it is comfortable. I wear it out and it is "slightly fitted" but actually seems to be more roomy that that designation. It looks great with my LLBean Cotton Ragg cardigan, which I adore. The fabric does not seem flannel to me at all, but a textured cotton. The fabric is very nice and unique, but you might be disappointed if you are expecting traditional flannel. The sleeves are very long on me, so are best if rolled up.

Fabric is soft and cozy and I like the color blend. I planned to use it as an overshirt with a long sleeve T shirt but it's rather snug at the hips. It should have had enough room to layer over pants but I will have to leave it partially unbuttoned. Depending on where you fall within the sizing ranges, you might want to size up, or check with LLB for garment dimensions (why don't they provide this on the website?).

Nice fabric but color choices are odd. I wish they had more solid colors than the gray. Plaid doesn't look as nice on some of us ladies. I prefer solids and floral designs.

I love the quality of construction and of the material, the color and the softness. I withheld the fifth star solely because I would like all of the LLBean shirts to be a little less "relaxed" around the back shirttails.I feel like I need a big dart in the back to make a more flattering fit.

This shirt attracted my attention because the plaid is subtle, and the greens and blues look so beautiful together. (dark pine). The fabric is a bit rougher than regular flannel, but very soft and comfortable anyway. The fit is good, more fitted than most, but not tight. It looks more like a jacket fit. My only minor issue is that the length was just a little short (I am 5'9") ,and the bottom unstructured. It will still look great as the flannel shirt that it is.

I first purchased the Large (14-16) based on sizing info provided. I am normally a 10-12, so I sized up to give me a little room for a base layer. The Large was a bit tight across the chest and snug in the shoulders. So I exchanged for the XL (18-20!) and its still slight snug across the chest (I'm a 38D) and shoulders but it's better. LL Bean clothes typically run large in my experience so this was really weird. I'm sticking with it because it is really a pretty shirt with vibrant colors and super soft flannel.

The colors in this flannel shirt are lovely and it is very well made. Unfortunately it runs small, so order up, maybe by as much as two sizes.

When I saw the pine color, I had to have it, and bought it immediately. I am not shaped like LLBean shirts - I have short strong arms and a slim long torso, so the sleeves are always 4 inches too long and the body billows around me - but it's such a beautiful color! The material is extremely soft which feels good but has no "body" so it kind of crumples around me and doesn't look neat, but I still love it.

I got this shirt for a trip to Arizona in January. It is very soft and comfy, and was nice to have the long sleeves to protect from sun, and also the lightweight material breathes and kept me from being too warm on hikes. It looks nicer than your typical flannel also. Would have given 5 stars but the price seems out of line, even given the quality of this shirt.

Soft, lighter weight, looser weave than traditional flannel. Nice fit. I like this but discovered after I bought it (in Freeport while on vacation) that there was a hole/gap where the sleeve attaches to the cuff and some fraying at the outer edge of the cuff. Did not return but when I got home, I saw in Reviews that others had defects in the same area

I really liked this shirt but the buttons gapped. Maybe better fit for a different figure.

This flannel shirt is the softest I've ever felt. The fit is supposed to be slightly fitted but I find it to be closer to be a traditional fit. In any case, this shirt is cozy, especially paired with the sweater fleece.

Nice soft, cotton shirt. I ordered the lilac mist to wear under my lilac bean sweater, but the color is more lavender than lilac. Only real disappointment is the overall length. I'm 5'7" tall with a 38" bust, and size large is a tad short.

I've had this shirt for several months and it still looks like new (I wash and dry it on delicate). The fabric is just wonderful - gorgeous colors and weave. However, I do agree with other reviewers that something is off about the way the sleeves are set. The backs of the shoulders stick out in an unflattering way.

I have bought this style twice before in different patterns. I love the feel and quality. This shirt seems less generous in cut across the bust. That means the blouse puckers. I was wanting the cut of what I bought in 2022.

I fell in love with this shirt online. It's every bit as beautiful as i thought it would be. Elegant and warm. But I only wish there were petite suzes. It's a bit big in some places.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas in cream- loved the texture and color- sadly top runs smaller in the bust and this color is not available in cream at this time! We'll exchange it for the correct size in a different color! Hopefully the cream color will become available eventually!

Loved the blue window pane pattern although I feel like the flannel is not as substantial as in the past

Colors are great and have not faded despite several washes. But this is LL Bean so that's expected. I'm 5'11" and this shirt is just long enough (arms & torso). Thicker and softer than I expected, which is great.

I like the tailored look and shorter hem on this shirt, BUT the seam where the sleeves meet the shoulders is awkwardly bulky so makes my shoulders look much more square and broad, in an unflattering way. Please address this in the next update to this shirt. Otherwise I love the soft feel and overall look.

The flannel in the shirt is not "soft and cuddly" as one might presume; more like rugged and heavy. I'm keeping my purchase because it is( for me here in FL) more like a jacket weight. I think the wind might blow through it, but all in all it is fine.

Colors are vibrant and the fit is true to size, but I returned it as I felt the flannel fabric to be a bit rough. I have several of the tartan flannel shirts which are very soft, which I love. This Signature Heritage Flannel Shirt just didn't measure up in comfort.

The colors are very pretty. The fit is accurate. The shirts is comfortable. I would have liked the fabric to be just a little bit heavier.
